You have the entire home to yourselves. This building is part of the traditional trøndertunet with trønder loan (dwelling/main building) , barn, barn and corps house. Masstua is originally from 1850. The Mirror Suite offers a stay close to nature and with an amazing view. Suite because it contains everything you need for a good stay, and more than that. The mirror suite has mirror function in two walls. You can look out but no one can see in. Not even the deer, birds, fox or moose wandering by. You live centrally, not far from shop and people, but still all to yourself. Lovely bathroom with shower and hot water. Private wood-fired sauna in a nearby house. The atmosphere can be nothing but good.

Fantastically beautiful place and very nice hosts! Both adults and children felt welcome and enjoyed the hospitality. Especially nice for the children to get in touch with many different animals and have nature close by. The staff was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We were very lucky with the weather, but despite the sun and heat it was cool inside. We hope to return and recommend others to take some relaxing days at this place.

We were very happy with the house. It is cosy, well equipped, and located directly at the Fjord with a spectacular view. Shops are far, so guests should bring everything to avoid a lot of driving for the daily shopping. We enjoyed the remoteness, long walks, the snow, elks and polar lights. Joar Andre was always available for questions, being friendly and patient. Nice for nature-lovers.

We had an amazing stay at the cabin and would definitely come back when being in the area. When arriving, we immediately felt at home and loved the peacefulness and beautiful views from the terrace and inside. The cabin is very well equipped, especially the kitchen with enough cutlery (coffee equipment, big and small pots, and much more) and some spices. Ole and Evy are great hosts and always kind and very responsive. As we were travelling only by public transport, we arrived using the ATB Bestill but experienced problems with the way back - Ola was really kind in helping us out and arranged transport for us to the train station. Thank you so much again for hosting us!

This was a gem in the middle of some of the most beautiful we have of nature in Norway. The farm worked perfectly for a large group of people and we felt right home. The host was helpful and flexible that we greatly appreciate. The amenities were of a high standard and we had everything we needed to be able to stay there comfortably. We would gladly came back next time.

A spacious wooden deck is featured, bordered by natural greenery and offering views of the fjord and mountains. Comfortable seating options are arranged beside a small table, creating an inviting outdoor space. The entrance to the cabin is highlighted by a neatly framed doorway.

We had a wonderful stay here — You can get a real “fjord feeling” just about 1 hour’s drive from Trondheim! The area is remote, with beautiful fjord and mountain scenery all around. It’s a fantastic spot if you enjoy nature, with great opportunities for fishing and hiking. The cabin has a nice, authentic atmosphere — it offers the proper cabin feeling with simple comfort, but everything you need is there. We especially loved the view over the fjord from the cabin. The host was very communicative and gave us great tips for the area, which made the experience even better. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful nature getaway.
