What a beautiful little slice of the yarra valley. The heating was very efficient, it was icy overnight and we had no idea. We woke to kangaroos outside the window each morning. The caretakers lodge was much closer to the accommodation than I expected, however they were very helpful and friendly and I didn't see them apart from when I checked in. The house is stunning. The view from the huge windows is lovely. It felt very luxurious and was a lovely place to stay after getting married. I would absolutely recommend Kangaroo Manor to others, and I'd love the opportunity to stay there again one day. The hosts were very proactive, kind, and professional, and gave me the impression that I could contact them at any time. Thank you for a very memorable experience.

We loved our weekend away. Had been worried that it wouldn’t be warm enough inside, but with two split systems, the place stayed warm and cosy! Loved the beds, mattresses and pillows were just perfect. The furniture was super functional and flexible, and fit with the period cottage charm. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

Warby retreat was the perfect spot for our winter getaway! Enjoyed relaxing by the cosy fireplace and bird watching on the deck. It is in a great location with views of the mountains and close to the aqueduct trail

Chriss & Marks cottage is so beautiful me and my bridesmaids stayed here the night before my wedding, and were welcomed by a freshly baked cake and a beautiful letter wishing us well, these little personal touches in addition to the beautifully presented home made our stay enjoyable highly recommended and in such a great location. We had a wonderful time at Gingers on the Hill. Upon arrival the fire was on and the place felt welcoming and cosy. There was a special touch hiding in every corner and we felt very looked after. The instruction book was very clear and the place was spotless. The surroundings were very peaceful. Definitely recommend it!

We love staying at Lisa's place, as return guests we love the proximity to Coal Creek Community Park & Museum and the lovely town of Korumburra

True gem tucked away in Venus Bay! James’s home had everything you could ask for — good tunes (record player), fireplace, espresso machine, cozy bed, and hiking trail right behind their charming nook. Thank you for a great stay, James.

I had a generally peaceful stay at Jennifer's place in lovely surroundings....appreciated as it was a personally challenging, busy time for me including organizing, doing many things, very tired. The unit was set up well, including kitchen, etc; snacks, things for a continental breakfast, milk. When neighbours had heavy machinery, with bright lights next door for a few hours during an evening I was obliged that the owner covered the glass panels at the front in case this went on all night. Luckily it didn't. The only thing I would suggest is more comfortable table chairs...sinking and needed to use cushions to make more comfortable, relax. Thank you.

This place is a gem 💎 nestled down the end of a quiet street surrounded by trees and nature. It was so very peaceful. The interiors were lovely, it was clean and cosy. I loved how light filled the space was and the view out to the courtyard. It was an easy walk down to the Main Street. I would highly recommend booking.

Beautiful & Cozy Just grab your clothes and tooth brush & paste and go ! There is even face cleaner and wipes, rose water shampoo and conditioner for you to use even relaxing bath salts for the spa! Tania & Richard give you loads of information upon arrival, so it’s well worth the read if you haven’t been to Mt Baw Baw before and they are very good host. Will definitely stay there again and would recommend for cute little get away.

Barb was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy with a locked box key. Studio was well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. Fully equipped kitchen with pod coffee maker, comfy bed, tv, boardgames. Everything has been thought of. Was very clean and tidy. We were kindly invited to use backyard facilities too, fire pit, bbq and games. Thank you for a letting us stay 😊

Even though it was a short stay, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at St Ives Cottage. The peaceful surroundings were just what I was looking for. Wandering around the farm provided the opportunity to find delightful places to sit and appreciate the beautiful landscape. There are all sorts of quirky touches added to the farm, that make exploration a must. Sitting by the little lake and listening to the birds and the frogs was like a calming salve. Julie and Peter were friendly and generous with their time (and produce!). I look forward returning to see the result of the extensive planting and hard work going into the surroundings. Thank you Julie and Peter for a wonderful break to my journey.

This place was perfect for my stay whilst working in Trafalgar for a couple of weeks. It is a peaceful location whilst also conveniently close to the highway and other amenities. I felt at home with everything I needed for my stay. The main bed was also super comfortable. Ebony and the other hosts were responsive and attentive. Overall a great stay and perfect for my solo trip
