The house is beautiful in general and very clean. There are some things that already feel a little old and in need of maintenance, but everything works great. Julian answered my questions and Martha and Oscar, who take care of the house, were very attentive and accessible. Highly recommended to spend with friends!

If you are looking for accommodation in Tequesquitengo, Julio's house is an excellent option. The residential complex where the house is located is very quiet and safe. The house is very clean, which is appreciated. The pool is large, the jacuzzi is great. If you bring food, the kitchen is well equipped, and if not, there is a seafood restaurant just outside the residential complex. Julio is also very friendly and is always attentive to answer your questions.

Erika's house is beautiful, her view of the lake is beautiful, we had an incredibly good time. Erika and Charlotte were always available for our questions. Lupita, who is present in the house, helped us at all times with everything we needed in the house and with an excellent attitude. Despite having booked at the last minute due to problems with the accommodation we had initially booked, we had a great experience at this accommodation and will definitely return.

Simple, cozy and functional, I love the yacht club for the access to the lake and the pool, the place is spacious and on the first floor, which is great because it doesn't get hot like on the upper floors, everything was very clean. Thank you

Diana was always attentive, the apartment was super clean, the instructions were super clear, the location is incredible, it was a plus that she left us board games, teas, coffee sachets & shampoo, pool towels, everything was great.

If you're a large group, this Airbnb is ideal for you. We were a group of 15 people and everyone had their own room. Highly recommended.

The house is very comfortable to spend fun-filled days with family or friends in the infinity pool, the garden which is very well maintained, the pier where you can see spectacular sunsets and the lake that is the main protagonist of your stay in this house. The only thing is that both the lake and the house's small beach had a lot of dead fish due to the season, but it's definitely not a house issue. Ursula's service is excellent, immediate and first-class, she is always attentive and gave us very good advice before arriving, so we had a better time than we expected. Also, Ernesto's service, who takes care of the property, is also excellent. He was always attending to any need at the time in the place and with great kindness. And finally, the kitchen and cleaning people, very good cooks, super helpful and in general all very kind! I highly recommend the property!!!

We thought it was an excellent location on foot from the lake, the facilities were very comfortable and beautiful, it totally matches the photos, the person in charge was always attentive to us! Highly recommended and of course I would return to the Quinta.
