I really enjoyed the stay, Luis was a great host, they provide very clear instructions. The place is just like the photos, very clean and nice. It's a great plus that you can go into the club to swim, play tennis or soccer, and the restaurant there has very good food.

My stay was totally family-friendly and the place is exactly as described. I recommend it for those looking for a quiet and private weekend. The house is very cozy, it has everything so you don't get bored and many extras to be comfortable and at ease. The host was always available and friendly, answering any questions or concerns we had. The condominium is almost empty, so the pool and the place were practically for us. The pool is large and always warm due to the heat. We didn't want to leave. It's a place I would definitely return to.

Everything was great, they were in contact with me and even recommended places to have breakfast, the stay was short but pleasant, I would have liked to have stayed more days.

Thank you very much Hector for always being available during our stay in the apartment, we loved it, we found everything as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably, we would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

Excellent place, very quiet, 10 minutes from downtown Tepoztlán , the hosts were always attentive to our needs. Shared amenities were amazing. Totally back.

The apartment is a great option to spend several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. Overall we really liked it and plan to return soon.

We decided to celebrate Teacher's Day in Cuernavaca and this apartment was definitely the best choice. We liked it a lot, we would definitely like to come back. Thank you for everything!!
