Cottage on a working market garden

Studio cottage with full bath and self-catering kitchen with pots and pans, etc., queen sized bed with fresh linens and towels provided. This cottage is on a working market garden. Maximum occupancy two adults. We do have a small bed that could be added to accommodate a small child about 6 years and under. WE WILL ACCEPT SOME PETS, BUT NOT ALL. We are one mile from grocery shopping. Local roads ideal for cycling. Thirteen miles west of Dayton. Price includes fresh flowers and vegetables from the garden during the season. One cat on the property. Cottage has ceiling fan and good air circulation and a window air-conditioner during the warmer months. There is a TV that streams Apple TV and Kanopy in the cottage, and excellent WIFI access. National Air Force Museum in Dayton is only 20 miles/ 30 minutes away. University of Dayton is 14 miles/ 20 minutes from the cottage. Dayton International Airport is 21 miles/ 26 minutes away. Your hosts are a hospitable couple who enjoy meeting new people. If no one else is booked after you, we can be more flexible with the check-out time.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly nice, humble, and made me feel very welcome. The room and property were spotless, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent the host responded very quickly to any questions or requests. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

We’ve stayed at several places in the Dayton and Cincinnati area, visiting family, but this was hands down the best. So comfortable, beautiful finishes, quiet, amazing kitchen, and very spacious. There are a lot of stairs/levels, which was fine for us, but may be an issue for others. Would like to stay there again.

A cozy, white-brick seating nook is highlighted by a hanging chair featuring a green cushion. Potted plants are positioned on either side of the nook, adding a touch of greenery. Natural light brightens the area, creating an inviting entrance.

This home was so perfect. I went with my mom and husband. We played card games in the kitchen, watched tv in the living room, and enjoyed the record player. The fridge was so nice to have to keep leftover food and the stove was awesome to cook breakfast on. The beds were clean and comfy!

Meranie was very responsive from the get go! Every time we messaged her, she responded within an hour. The house was great, very clean & homey, and the neighborhood was very peaceful as well. Pet friendly with cages available, but no pet hair anywhere! Great. 100% would rent again! Thanks for a great vacation experience!

Nice stay! Loved having a private bathroom across the hall from the bedroom and access to the kitchen, dining table, and washer and dryer. The bathroom had toiletries like shampoo, body wash, and lotion which were nice touches and extra towels and blankets in the bedroom were greatly appreciated. I was able to keep my food in the fridge and freely use the microwave and dishes for cozy home meals. My favorite Airbnbs have key code access which this place has so it was easy to come and go as I pleased. I enjoyed meeting Aaron and appreciate his quick responses to my special requests.
