No cats. Welcome to the Fargo/Moorhead area! We live in a quiet neighborhood right down the road from both Concordia (.7 miles) and MSUM (1 mile) colleges. This home would be ideal for visiting families or those just breezing through! Free parking for up to 4 cars. Fast wifi. Roku tv with Netflix, amazon, hulu, disney+. Full kitchen. Right near the highway 94 intersection. 3 minute drive to Starbucks, planet fitness, noodles and company, etc... Spacious fenced in yard safe for well behaved pups!

Fully remodeled 1 bedroom basement apartment with private back door access for guests. Centrally located in the Fargo area, with only a 3 minute drive to downtown, and a 5 minute drive to the interstate. A full and spacious kitchen that allows for eating in. Large bedroom with a King size bed, and a twin size mattress underneath that can be pulled out. Large living room with Roku TV, room to relax and work, with plenty of space to inflate the queen air mattress to accommodate for more guests.

Entire two bedroom home close to downtown Fargo, NDSU, Civic Center, Fargo Dome and downtown Sanford Hospital. The house is fully equipped with fast wifi, smart TVs, and cable. The kitchen is ready to use with a Keurig coffee machine and all the gadgets/small appliances you will need during your stay.
