We had never stayed at an AirBnB where the homeowners were there so not sure how it would work out, but wanted to try it. LOVED IT!! The place is beautiful, you have the downstairs to yourself, it was private, and we did not feel like we were intruding on them or them intruding on us at all. If we needed something, they were there to help and if not, we did not see them. It was very clean and we felt right at home. When we go back to Fargo, this is definitely the place we will stay at. Very nice people, nice place, all around great place to stay! Thank you.

From the moment I arrived at the Air BnB hosted by Karen, her husband, and her co-host Jess, everyone made me feel completely welcome and at home. The warmth, hospitality, and genuine kindness in all Karen and her husband bring to the table are above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for in a host. They put a lot of care into creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for their guests. I can’t recommend them highly enough—staying here felt less like a rental and more like a home away from home. I will absolutely be returning soon and highly recommend them to anyone else who is looking for a wonderful place to stay at any of their locations. Thank you Karen and Karen’s husband and Jess!

I stayed two nights at Russell and Colleen’s place with my son, and honestly, they’ve been the best hosts I’ve ever had. Their home is incredibly charming and cozy, you can feel the care and love they’ve put into it. My son had a blast playing with the wooden blocks Russell made for his own sons years ago, and that story just made the experience even more special. I also really admire that they donate a portion of their Airbnb earnings to good causes. It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming and meaningful. Highly recommend!

My friends and I rented Lindsey's place for a "Mom's Getaway Weekend" in Fargo. Everything was exactly as it seemed in the images on the listing. It was clean, easy to find and you can't beat the location. You are walking distance to down town and right above some other pretty great other local businesses. We had the best time. It was perfect for the 4 of us to stay for a couple of nights. Lindsey even shared events that were going on over the weekend at local establishments that were walking distance. The only things we noticed was the train noise is very frequent, so if you're a light sleeper, that could cause issues (but it's nothing Lindsey can control). The other thing is that the bathroom door is rather squeaky. Once again, if you're a light sleeper like I am, it could wake you up multiple times a night, depending on how many times people are up using the restroom. We all had an amazing time and would stay here again.

I stayed here when I ran the Fargo Marathon and it was perfect. Sarah has everything in the apartment that I needed for a few days. Not only was there shampoo and conditioner as stated in the listing, but she also had tissues and cotton balls and q-tips and all of those little things that make a stay enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
