Our Scale

A wonderful holiday home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farmhouse with new elements like a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on the 1st floor, fan on the ground floor. The house is at the edge of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Gîte le Tournesac 15 places

Come and enjoy the advantages of the Morvan in this old renovated mill on the edge of a private pond of 3 ha, a river and the forest. Located 20 minutes from the Avallon highway exit, close to the large lakes( St Agnan 10 km, Les Settons 30 km, Chamboux 10 km) you can spend all seasons there with multiple activities ( fishing, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, walking in the forest visits etc...) or simply relax enjoying the calm and setting that is offered to you.

This 'en pierres' built blacksmith's house with its adjacent forge breathes history. Around the house, you can enjoy a beautiful green garden, with wise trees and granite boulders. Quiet and freely located, where the two riches of the Morvan meet, water and forest. 50 meters from the Etang d'Yonne, which brings its water via a waterfall into the Yonne. Along the property "runs" the Grande Randonnée, GR13. You start the most beautiful walks from the front door!

Cottage on a peninsula

Small cottage located on a peninsula, intended for relaxation, swimming (direct access to the river) and sunbathing on the large 70 m2 terrace overlooking the goat meadow. The cottage is composed of a 30m2 living room, where the living room has a wood stove, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a shower and the toilet. A separate 20 m2 room has a direct view of the river. Ideal for a couple with children and/or pets (less comfortable for 4 adults)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish chalet. Located in the Morvan in the private Domaine "Des Fontaines" on the edge of the large Lake des Settons. Guests can enjoy a small beach 400 m from the chalet. For the more athletic: hiking or cycling, water sports: jet ski, towed buoy, slide accessible at the Glissland nautical base, sails... For nature lovers in winter and summer, this green setting invites you to take wonderful walks.
