The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. I was nervous traveling by myself this time, but Linda’s place was in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in a lovely area (Loveland, OH) and I immediately felt safe and at home there. There was a tornado watch during my stay and despite the late hour, Linda was VERY responsive and helpful. Not only was she very responsive, she was generous with supplies like toilet paper, laundry supplies, and dishwasher needs. I did not cook while there so I can’t speak to the kitchen equipment, but the bed was comfortable, the heat and air (I used both) worked great, there was the cutest little play area if my grandkids were older, and the furniture was nice to relax in. I would love to stay here again.

Isaac was very friendly and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay over University of Cincinnati graduation weekend. The house was extremely clean, was decorated with modern artistic decor, and had a nice yard even though we didn’t get to use it because of rain. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows! The location suited us well to travel between campus and Hyde Park, and Montgomery. We would not hesitate to choose their home again.

Property is exactly as described. Spiral stair case was just fine for us! Space was quiet and had everything we needed. Hosts had great recommendations for local places to eat. Check in was easy as was checking out. Bonus is property is so clean that check out is simple. Lock doors and windows and turn A/C to set number. Love that! Thank you. Will keep this property in mind and book again if traveling as a pair and not a family.
