The Loft of L'Annicha

Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

Château de Belmont-Sainte-Foi

In a natural park, 1 hour from Toulouse, Château de Belmont-Ste-Foi is a heritage gem. "La Bergerie", classified 4*, is a detached house, with all comforts, located at the entrance of the 5 ha park, between the castle and the dovecote. Fully renovated in keeping with the Quercy building, it has 1 bedroom and 1 mezzanine (low ceiling because it is under the slope of the roof). The Cabane des Remparts

Charming little house for rent in a medieval village of Quercy. Breathtaking view facing south, peaceful hanging garden with private pool for the guest couple, fish pond, palm trees and terrace. three restaurants including a caterer in the village, a bakery and a supermarket… all within walking distance. We love to speack English;-) Attention: the pool opens at the beginning of June… consult me according to the weather to find out if it can be opened from 15 May:-)

Le gîte de "f o i l e"

Ranked 5 stars by Gîte de France, a small paradise in a green setting. In Lapenche, on an enclosed plot of land where a river passes through, you will be seduced by its natural spirit. Come and relax by the private heated pool or sip a drink on the covered wooden terrace. You can also rest in one of the two master suites, or prepare the meal in the modern kitchen while having the feeling of being in nature thanks to its 4.30 m bay window that opens completely!

Moulin à vent

Located in the heart of the Quercy between Cahors and Montauban, it will offer you a romantic break or a base for a tourist stay. Restored while keeping its original soul (wings in motion with the wind, stones and lime joints...) it consists on the ground floor of a small fitted kitchen, living room, on the 1st floor bathroom and toilet, and on the 2nd floor of a bedroom. Outside a terrace with table. Breakfast with farm products included for 1 night.

On our plot we have 33 gites. Montfermier is a picturesque village in the sunny south of France located in the hilly part of the Tarn and Garonne. The village has 111 inhabitants and consists of 90% farmers. You can make beautiful walks.
