The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

We are located in a residential area, and the apartment has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room with sofa bed, full bathroom with a washing machine and 3 balconies, 2 of which have gorgeous sea views. My apartment is typical Ligurian home - there is no AC! It is up 150 stairs, please note it is not suitable for those with mobility issues!

Welcome in one of the most beatiful village, famous in the world for its small houses and typical narrow streets (vicoli). My apartment is located in the old village far less than 100 mts from the beach and fishing harbour, close to railway station and taxi services as needed. The flat has been completely renewed on 2023, placed at first floor with independent access from the narrow street.
