Charming apartment for 2 in central Madrid. It is very bright, with 5 balconies overlooking Argumosa street. It is located in the quietest part of the street, 250m from the Lavapiés metro, 250m from the Reina Sofía Museum and a 10 min walk from Atocha train station, where, among others, the Airport Express Shuttle arrives. It's a 2º floor without elevator. The mattress is new and very comfy, and there are blackout curtains in the bedroom. There's no Air Conditioning, but there is a portable fan.

The open-plan living area features a white refrigerator, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa. Tall bookshelves line the walls, providing ample storage. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, which is complemented by light-colored tiled flooring.

Very good situation to visit Madrid capital with nearby public transport. It has very easy access by car to visit the rest of the Community of Madrid and neighboring provinces. Ideal for three people. It has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. An additional person could be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.
