Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

To value this property, you have to start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until check-out; always attentive, very friendly and very professional. It's a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives the app value. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and quiet of the place, it was easy for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, everything is very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is an unrepeatable experience. Thank you Maurizio.

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had informed her of at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk, and fruit juice. In the kitchen there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, toast, various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, and affable, and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, very fragrant towels, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer of a decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

Nice apartment, clean and well-equipped with everything you need, even in the kitchen, Magdalena is very kind and helpful. Ideal place for those who love nature and tranquility. Good location for visiting Spoleto and its surroundings and the Sibillini mountains.

Mario and Paola are such warm and friendly hosts. We had a truly relaxing and happy stay at their home. Lana and Susi (lovely dogs), were passionate, Mario and Paola taught us how to play with her and we really enjoyed the time with her. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and the house was filled with thoughtful touches. The pool was beautiful, and they prepared swim caps for us. We’re truly grateful to Mario and Paola. They are one of the kindest people we met on our trip, and we sincerely wish them happiness always. Recommend to everyone would like to stay around. 5 stars, no hesitation!!
