A nice apartment in the heart of the old town just along from the piazza and just around the corner from the school. Modern and nicely decorated TV room that matches the photos which was very relaxing. Great host who was very prompt to sort out any queries or problems. The apartment is on the top floor so there are a few stairs to climb and there is no lift, but the host kindly assisted with bags. A very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Recanati.

The apartment is large, very clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay (only the air conditioning is missing, the absence of which was particularly felt given the many high temperatures during our stay). The large terrace and view you can enjoy are an added value. Quiet neighborhood, free nearby parking and perfect location to drive to all the beauties of the area. Mrs. Lauretta is very kind and always available for any request. We had a very good time, highly recommended.

We had such a great stay in Nicolò’s apartment. It was our first time visiting Marche and we'll definitely be back. Recanati is a great location as a base and its a beautiful, relaxing town with delicious food and lovely views. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected, it was clearly recently renovated and everything was in pristine condition. Nicolò was extremely responsive and helpful from the time of booking until we left. His mother, who checked us in, was very friendly and made everything easy for us. Thank you Nicolò for such a wonderful stay!

A unique and overwhelming experience! Ideal for spending a day away from the city and in full contact with nature. The stilt house is a magical and enchanted place surrounded by greenery where you can observe the landscape of the forest. The interior of the structure is well cared for in every detail, a mini SPA with a Japanese bathtub makes the stay romantic and pleasant. The owner Annalisa is super kind and helpful, ready to accommodate any request. The aperitif with cured meats and cheeses accompanied by their wine is truly out of this world! We were also able to eat the pizza from the property's wood-fired oven, very good! I would say it was a super experience and worth doing again!
