Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An amazing home in a beautiful neighborhood. The listing is just like the photos. Tall ceilings, beautiful tile and spacious! It’s a private location separated from the rest of the property. I would highly recommend!

Amazing spot, very spacious Airbnb with large bathroom and kitchen. Location wa perfect- close to Burbank and downtown LA, in a safe neighborhood with a private parking spot and plenty of free street parking for any extra friends or guests you may have with you! Hosts were accommodating and responsive. My ONLY complaint is the mattress - it was very firm, with zero give, felt like sleeping on the floor. We do not like hard/extremely firm beds, so this was not for us. The couch bed in the living room space was also not the most comfortable. The reason I include this info about the bed for the public to read is because I’m someone who is extremely picky about beds when I’m on vacation, I like to feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud or a nice fluffy mattress, which always makes the vacation experience all that much better and contributes to a good nights sleep. This mattress needs a memory foam mattress pad, and then we would 💯 stay here again! Everything else about the place was great!

Manuel was a great host, he was responsive and helped us w any issues. The place was located to a grocery store and many great restaurants. It has nice amenities and was neat and tidy.

Alexandra really cared about it our family and made sure everything was convenient and smooth. Traveling with little kids to see family is tough so having someone like Alexandra was super helpful. Plus the place is a gem! It’s close to everything, inside is very clean and has everything you need. The beds were super comfortable!!

Loved Jonathan's spot. Clean, modern, and easy to get to. Free garage parking was a bonus. Will rent again from Jonathan for sure!

Lovely place with a very homey feel to it. It's one of two airbnbs at the building, but they are fully separated. Everything was as described, and the hosts were super communicative. Its a great deal, given there is laundry and parking onsite, they allow pets, and its a fully livable unit in a comfortable suburban neighborhood.

Johnny's place was great, just like the pics. The rooftop pool was awesome and provided great sunset views. Johnny was very responsive, and would recommend his place to stay.

Wonderful stay at Sandra’s place. It looked even better than the picture. Super spacious and clean- perfect for a group trip. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at Gerardo’s Airbnb! The place was great—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Gerardo was an exceptional host, incredibly friendly, and super responsive to all my questions. His warm hospitality made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

Our stay at Paul’s place was wonderful. He was super responsive for any concerns, helped us out in one of the most eventful weekends we’ve had and the house was stocked with everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious and had so much room to hang out with the family. Cannot recommend his house more!! The area was so peaceful, easy to find and quiet. Would definitely stay there again! Beautiful home Away from home. Great communicating host. Location is perfect. Big clean and peaceful. The pool was amazing. Stores & restaurants are really close. Thank you for being great hosts. My family life recently lost my youngest daughter Julia and have been having some difficult moments as can be imagined, these several days we spend at your location, was truly healing, peaceful beautiful moments. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and had the pleasure to stay at Jonathan’s home. It was clean and comfortable. Jonathan was very responsive and even offered an early check in for us. I really liked how the vehicles are secured behind a man gate for an extra layer of security and also had a nice patio area. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thanks Jonathan for the wonderful stay!

As my first stat at an Airbnb it set the expectations high. Lived the the place and will was very accommodating!

Close enough to drive to LA. Quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer (located in the back of the house ) was helpful.

The stay was great, King was very helpful and responded at a accurate time.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

I had spent the weekend in downtown LA in the location was pleasant. It felt secure and safe was clean and spacious. The rooftop was added along with having safe parking across the street. I’ll be referring and booking again soon.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!
