My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

The place was excellent, the first week we felt no need going places. So much to do in and around Barga. The house gives you the time to relax and on top of that Laura was more than helpful! Top host and we are certainly coming back and for a longer period so we can explore a bit more and maybe even visiting Sienna or Florence. Sound of Barga has another hidden gem: a separate appartment in the back which is not shown on Airbnb but available if you are with 4. Paolo and Laura, thank for this wonderful experience. Oh, luckily we took our e-bikes: cycling in Lucca and convenient in Barga. We love this place!

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful location! An attentive and very kind host! The bedding is super comfortable and the place is as shown in the pictures. Breakfast is awesome! You can go there without a second thought!

The country house is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

Monia is a very kind and helpful host. The house is very large with comfortable beds, two bathrooms with a large and perfectly functioning shower.

We were in Dino's house for four days with our 10-month-old baby. The view and tranquility are wonderful and the house has everything it needs for us. The communication with Dino was great, he contacted us on his own initiative and asked if we arrived well and if everything is okay and also responded quickly to our messages. We were traveling with a Ford Transit, your car should not be larger or wider, as the roads are very narrow.

Perfect for a night or a weekend in Modena. Cristina was very responsive and extremely friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a beautiful stay at Barbara’s house - we actually even cancelled some of our day trips just to relax there because of the beautiful views, birdsong and relaxed atmosphere! You need a car to access the house, but it’s only 10 mins drive to the nearest train station directly into Florence. Wonderful hiking trails directly from the house with stunning sights across the Tuscan hills. Such a wonderful stay. Thanks Barbara!

Our stay at Marina and Paolo’s hilltop home in the Tuscan hills was nothing short of magical. The house is a true piece of paradise, immaculately clean, with breathtaking views that left us in awe every day. Marina and Paolo were incredibly kind hosts, making us feel completely at home. Wonderful place in a beautiful location. Several well-kept and restored accommodations with passion and expertise, immersed in greenery overlooking the valleys between Romagna and Tuscany. Perfect whether you want to relax or walk through villages and woods. Highly recommended.

The place was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location was perfect for spending time with the family in a private setting but being close enough to the local town. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Great place in a very quiet and peaceful location. The place has everything you need. The closest supermarket is a bat far away, though it is expected at a place this remote. So try to plan a bit more time for your geocery shopping. Host ist kind, responsive and very proactive. We even had a video call so she could explain the amenities. Recommended

Anna’s apartment was absolutely dreamy it felt like stepping back in time. She paid attention to even the tiniest details, carefully preserving original paints and walls, which gave the space a truly unique glamour. Anna herself was so friendly, flexible, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It was the perfect weekend getaway to detox and unwind from busy city life. Highly recommend!

I had wonderful stay during my visit at Bologna. Lisa and Max are super helpful. I felt so touch when they offer their car since lot's of rain during our visit at Bologna. they are definetly super host. the apartment are much more beautiful than the pictures itself. the apartment is wonderfully cleaned, everything you need is there. The renovated church was incredibly interesting and I was fascinated by its long history. The church is nestled within a tranquil olive grove which made it easy to relax and disconnect from the stressors of the big city. Roberto was absolutely incredible and I cannot give higher praise—he is truly the standard when it comes to hosts. He was attentive, responsive to any issues, and helpful to solve any difficulties that we had with travel arrangements. It’s easy to see why this property is in such high demand. It was my first time staying in Tuscany and Roberto’s church is already calling me back for another stay! Most highly recommended.

The stay was amazing. When arriving we were greeted with a home baked cake which was great. The view from the house is like a dream, it is beautiful. The instructions were clear and the space was light, open and worked well. The bed could be turned so when you want to watch tv it’s easy to do so, but honestly, just watching to the view is enough. We could use the jacuzzi, and during the first nights there were no other guest so it felt like we had the mountain to ourselves. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond, had great recommendations for the area. Good to know that the location is really in the country side so it takes a bit to get anywhere but that was no problem because the place has the view it has. We felt really welcome and would stay again if we are ever in the area again. Thank you!

Very nice location and the flat was very comfortable. The experience from booking until check out was easy and perfect.

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

the house is very spacious and has everything you need. Martina had given clear instructions on how to get in. We were actually way too early but that was no problem at all. The road/path to the house is quite steep. Because it was quite warm, we spent a wonderful day with a book under the fig tree on the terrace, overlooking the valley. In short, a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
