Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Monte San Pietro

We ended up in an oasis of peace. A conscious choice we made. Small but nice, equipped with all the basic amenities. As a base for visits to Florence (from the village by train) and Bologna this was perfect. The beautiful sunsets remain forever etched on our retinas.

Beautiful accommodation! We really liked how the interior and exterior are furnished. I particularly liked the garden. Many evocative corners to discover, with statues hidden in the greenery and small tables. Ideal location to spend a weekend in the countryside relaxing away from the city.

Clear and switable. Mark is a very hospitable guy. Beautiful surrounding nature. If you want to feel Italian soul and stile this is a prompt place.

Very comfortable apartment!

A fantastic stay with breathtaking views that will never bore. From this location, you have the opportunity to visit many sights (Bologna, Modena, tastings, hikes, etc.), and then come back to a real "home." Thanks for sharing this magical place and the enormous hospitality Paul and Ruth.

Guests who book the house should know that it is about four kilometers from the town, up the mountain. It didn't bother us because we had a car, but you should know that.

I had such a wonderful stay! Definitely a little jewel of an attic. Train station is a few steps away and easy to get to the central with a 10min train ride. Restaurants, stores and a park within mins of walking distance. Katia was quick to help providing recommendations and answering any questions. I recommend this space 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

Top location, with excellent amenities. The view is stunning and a big plus for the private cooking class! Don't hesitate, just book.

We didn’t really deal with Federico but his housekeeper Antoinette met us at the apartment, she was super friendly and helpful and we had a fabulous stay! The apartment was lovely, clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The large terrace was a lovely place to sit with a glass of wine or to have breakfast. The apartment is an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Bologna with all the food shops, historic sights, Bars and restaurants. There are also bars and restaurants nearby and a coop and convenience store just across the road. We would definitely recommend this apartment and go back to Federico’s and Bologna. sights,bars shops and restaurants

the apartment was initially a bit dark, ( we are used to a very bright house) but there is sufficient lighting. further a lot of space a beautiful garden which we really enjoyed and the bathroom was also super. Moreover, the use of the bicycles and the parking in front of the door was a blessing.

Waking up in the morning in complete relaxation, away from the daily chaos, immersed in nature was an indescribable experience!The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with all comforts! Antonella and her husband are exceptional, friendly, caring people with a great sense of hospitality! Antonella delighted us every morning with her breakfast, all homemade! What can I say... Bellissimo appartamente!! This was such a wonderful place—modern, airy, spectacular! Wonderful layout with two lovely terraces. There were 4 of us in the group and we felt like we had a ton of space, beds were so comfy, great water pressure, plus washing machine! Walkable to the best parts of Bologna. Mattia was a wonderful host, very receptive and patient with us. We adored this place and highly highly recommend.

We had a wonderful 6 days at Sergio's studio. The location was an easy walk to both the train station and the old town. The studio was very comfortable and clean. Sergio was a brilliant host. Check in was easy and Sergio was most welcoming and proactive. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved this apartment. The building is old so the staircases are narrow but we were still able to bring all of our luggage up (and we had a lot). It is very close to everything !! We were able to walk around and find all of the sites without needing a car or bus etc. There’s even a few restaurants right across the street and a little store. Maria also gave us a ton of recommendations and the ones we tried were amazing. Super cute apartment with a little terrace and thankfully air conditioning because it was hot out. Thank you so so much for being a perfect stop on our tour through Italy!!!

Top accommodation, with a large bathroom that we would all like to have at home, the rest of the apartment was clean, a terrace for a good meal with a view of the central square. The neighborhood was very pleasant to stay in with a good atmosphere. We regret changing Airbnb so soon. 😂

Cristina's apartment was perfect for my one night stopover. It's in a lovely part of Bologna, surrounded by tree-lined streets and with all amenities nearby. The apartment itself is easy to walk in and feel comfortable immediately. I wish that I could have stayed longer, and would readily return.
