Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Monte Sacro Alto, Rome

I was amazed when I saw the apartment, impeccable in everything, very happy with this stay. Clean, large apartment, with every possible comfort, great location. Surely if I had to go back to Rome I wouldn't think twice about booking here.

This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Highly recommended- thank you Andrea and Luciana.

As shown in the photos, the house is 1 + 1 style, but the open kitchen is very spacious and there is a double sofa bed that can be opened in the kitchen, especially preferred by families with children. The host is a very nice woman, Lorella, she keeps all the supplies you need ready in her house before you go. From the espresso machine to the washing machine and dryer where you can wash your laundry and all cleaning supplies. I would highly recommend it to Turkish families coming to Rome, the house is within a 10-minute walk from the metro station, don't forget to take a water bottle with you, water flows from icy fountains along the metro route :) Have a good holiday in advance

Lovely place at a great location. We had a lovely time during our stay. Host was also attentive and communicative.

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Lovely apartment that looks just like its photos, set in an area where we felt safe. Air conditioner was great which was a plus as it was 36c when I was there. Great showers. A good 8 minute walk to the closest metro station, Barberini, and walking distance to a lot of things. My husband and I made use of e-bikes/e-scooters to save us from the walk in this heat to get to nearby shops and attractions like the Trevi Fountain.

Simonetta's house is very welcoming, clean and tidy. It is in a quiet area, where there is still a small shopping center and the bus stop. We had a great time at this Airbnb ☺️

We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

A lovely little studio apartment in a peaceful and beautiful location. Has everything you need. Simone was incredibly helpful and very responsive. We even returned to fresh towels during our 4 day stay - which we hadn't expected.

Very central location, spacious. Good location for colosseum in particular, and good restaurants nearby.

Alessandro and Maya provided clear check in instructions and were very responsive to our questions. Their place is very bright, clean, and exactly as pictured. The apartment is in a secure gated building with a beautifully landscaped walkway from the street. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed being able to have a cup of tea when we returned from exploring. Because the bedroom is upstairs, it was really nice having a half bath on the 1st floor. Although the neighborhood is not in the heart of the action, it felt safe and is walkable to restaurants, a grocery store, and pharmacy and convenient to get around by taxi or Uber. Despite some reviewers comments about the nearby zoo, we slept soundly and were never bothered by animal noises.

Fantastic place and host. Very comfortable and 8 minute walk to the Colosseum and 20 minute taxi ride to Vatican City. Many great food options and shops right outside the door. Host was helpful and responsive.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is in a perfect location – many sights, lovely cafés, and great restaurants are all within walking distance. The place itself is spotless, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. The apartment is perfect, very clean, new. The host's attention was more than perfect, outstanding. A thousand little details that make the difference to excellence. Next to the San Pietro station, for us a very good location outside but next to the tourist circuit. We would definitely rent it again and recommend it. Thanks Catherine!

This was by far the best apartment we stayed in during our 2 week vacation in Italy and France. The apartment is HUGE... the photos don't actually show how much space you'll have in this amazing oasis in Rome! Air Conditioning worked well which was highly needed in the 95 degree heat in June. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals there. Location is also amazing. Short walk from the main train station where the high-speed trains stop. Also close to the metro (5 min walk) that we took to get to the Vatican and to other areas of Rome. Slightly longer but easy 12-15 min walk to the Colosseum. Tons of restaurants in the area and two grocery stores (one in each direction). Washer/Dryer were needed as we were nearing the end of the trip. Both worked well! Finally, the finishes throughout the apartment were really top notch. Well equipped bathrooms and the lighting design is really nice! Very stylish. Overall served our family of four well and we'd recommend

Perfect location to stay at while visiting Rome. Very clean, quiet & comfortable. We felt right at home. Very easy to walk to all the sites. Daniele was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We appreciated all the local recommendations from him.
