Amazing stay, clean and calm location, right in the middle of our trips to the beaches, 30 mins to Olbia airport by car. At home you can find everything you can need on the vacation, from the beach accessories to child tooth paste medication. We stayed with a 1.5 year toddler and he enjoyed it. All was perfectly described, and in case of need Silvio can always help. Be sure to divide the trashes as by Italian law. Very recommended.

The accommodation is unpretentious while you have everything you need. Traveled with 2 seniors and a toddler and everyone was happy. Right on the beach, close to town, clean, comfortable. The internet was great even for work calls which was important to us. The shower outside was very convenient. There’s really everything you might think of.

If you are even considering booking a stay at this place, JUST DO IT!! I had such a wonderful stay at Lulu and Andrea’s place. I was received early with such a warm welcome (from humans and animals alike!), and the friendly hospitality and thoughtfulness continued until the end of my stay. This was such a wonderfully soft place to land after a month of travelling around Italy, and I really hope to return again sometime in the future!

Salvatore and Francesca were extremely friendly and discreet. They welcomed us with great kindness and with care not discounted. The house is very comfortable as a location and equipped with every comfort. We didn't have to ask for anything more because nothing was missing. The nearest beach is easily accessible on foot but even the most beautiful and famous are no more than 45 minutes away by car. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and carefree!
