Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

Amazing location, 5 minutes from Aldi’s one way and 7 mins to court yard the other way. ( if you arrive on a Sunday then be aware nearest shop is 40min walk away or €5 in an Uber) Private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all amenities that you could want. Amazing having your own pool and gardens are immaculate. The inside is basic but very clean, outside the pool and bbq are amazing, although could do we a sweep and tidy. Awesome value 🥰

Christian, bedankt voor het verblijf. We hebben er van genoten. Verblijf ziet er top uit. Het zwembad was super. Kortom, een aanrader voor iedereen. Elke dag hebben we een padelbaan gehuurd. Ook de padel en tennis zag erg top uit.

Unser Aufenthalt in Davids Wohnung in Gran Alacant war rundum angenehm. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, durchdacht eingerichtet und bietet einen wunderbaren Meerblick. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön war der Außenbereich mit Grill, für den sogar Feuerholz bereitgestellt wurde – perfekt für gemütliche Abende. David ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Er hat uns persönlich begrüßt und stand jederzeit für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man hat sich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden. Mit dem Bus erreicht man Santa Pola in etwa 15 Minuten und Alicante in rund 35 Minuten, sodass sich auch Ausflüge leicht unternehmen lassen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, David!

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda y por parte de los anfitriones todo han sido comodidades. Zona tranquila para el descanso,pero con todo tipo de comercios cerca. La casa es bonita y acogedora y está muy limpia. Caterina y César han sido amables y pendientes en todo momento, además de facilitarnos la llegada antes de la hora prevista. Detalle de bienvenida después del largo viaje y todo los artículos de primera necesidad. Es una zona que visitamos más de una vez al año y sin duda volveremos. Gracias!!!

Otroligt svårt att hitta huset men när vi kom dit var vi supernöjda med allt! Saknade viss utrustning i köket. sen tyckte vi inte om att det krävdes betalning för att casta på TV:n. det krävdes alltså en app som kostade pengar för att kunna nyttja TV:n... Överlag är vi supernöjda och vi hade absolut kunnat bo där igen!!! Fantastiska uteplatser överallt, fanns alltid tillgång till sol och skugga. trevligt område och 5 minuters promenad till köpcentrum och matbutiker! Bekväma sängar och AC på rummen var guld värda! dock var täckena inte speciellt bekväma. rekommenderar starkt detta hus för en provat semester!!!

Lovely modern apartment, all the amenities were there that you needed. Peaceful location although far enough from the city where an uber is required. you can tell rafal and karina take care of the place. Amazing for a nice relaxing few days. The pool has an AMAZING view. Jazmin was also so helpful and made checking in so easy with a step by step guide and was only a text away from any questions. Overall an amazing and relaxing experience and will definitely be going back!

Ons verblijf in dit huisje was goed. Zeer mooi huisje, erg mooi uitzicht. Het terras, dat bij het huisje hoort, kun je heerlijk zitten. Het zwembad zag er keurig uit, de woning zelf is nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een echte aanrader om maar toe te gaan.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which was a big plus during the hot days!). The location was great – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to local shops, restaurants, and beaches. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, offering local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Monika est une superbe hôte, très réactive. Le logement est propres, fonctionnel, une vue exceptionnel sur la mer. Tout a était parfait. Les exterieurs, jardins, piscines tout reste propre Niveau rapport qualité prix au top. Je recommande a 1000% l’appartement de Monika

Mi experiencia en casa de Fuencisla ha sido maravillosa. Mi estancia duró más de una semana y no eché nada de menos. Tiene toallas, sabanas, almohadas extra, productos de cocina básicos, productos de limpieza… no falta ni un detalle en este alojamiento. Además , el edificio es muy tranquilo y con una ubicación estratégica: cerca de la playa, de supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, e incluso la iglesia y la muralla de Santa Pola. La comunicación con la anfitriona es muy eficiente, el apartamento es fácil de localizar y aunque no aparcas a la primera, siempre encuentras algún aparcamiento cerca. Sin duda, repetiría. Muchas gracias por todo. La calidad de este apartamento es prácticamente insuperable.

Top appartement die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het was schoon, aan het strand (incl stoeltjes en parasol), parkeergarage inbegrepen en een fijne host. Het gaf de mogelijkheid om lekker in het appartement te ontbijten en te lunchen, maar ook zit er wanneer je de deur uitloopt genoeg om dat buiten de deur te doen. Een fijne schone badkamer met ook de mogelijkheid om de was te doen, een fijne keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, en het bed lag heerlijk. Ook een fijn balkon waar je lekker kan zitten.

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Нам дуже сподобалось перебування у цьому помешканні. Ми провелі чудовій час з родиною. Територія навколо помешкання дуж доглянута та красива. Поруч є необхідна інфраструктура і чудовий пляж. Рекомендуємо!

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

"This apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the seaside and public transport . The space itself was clean, comfortable and cosy. There was everything you need to have comfortable rest at the seaside. The host was communicative, friendly and helpful. Rosi gave a piece of advice where we can eat delicious and not expensive , she gave instructions how to get to her apartment, making the whole experience easier. Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

Petit logement très pratique, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans un petit espace très convivial. Le lit se déplie de l'armoire au dessus du canapé du salon, il est très confortable. La vue est très bien, le soleil est sur le balcon le matin pour prendre le petit déjeuner c'est parfait. Ombre l'après midi quand il fait chaud c'est pas plus mal. Carmen est très réactive et amicale par message. Merci pour la gentille attention de la bouteille offerte en arrivant ! Je recommande ce logement très propre et idéalement placé en coeur de ville, tout se fait à pied depuis le logement. Le bus pour aller ou venir de l'aéroport et à seulement quelques mètres à la place d'à côté.
