Amazing location, 5 minutes from Aldi’s one way and 7 mins to court yard the other way. ( if you arrive on a Sunday then be aware nearest shop is 40min walk away or €5 in an Uber) Private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all amenities that you could want. Amazing having your own pool and gardens are immaculate. The inside is basic but very clean, outside the pool and bbq are amazing, although could do we a sweep and tidy. Awesome value 🥰

Easy check in facilitated through private messaging. Questions answered and advice given. The house itself has a lot of amenities throughout, the pool is spacious and the garden area has more than enough space for 6 people. Rooms are clean and the area is within walking distance from multiple supermarkets, as well as a shopping center with nice restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at David's apartment in Gran Alacant was pleasant all around. The property is very well maintained, thoughtfully furnished and offers a wonderful sea view. There was really nothing missing. Particularly nice was the outdoor area with a grill, for which even firewood was provided – perfect for cozy evenings. David is an excellent host. He personally welcomed us and was always available for questions and tips without being intrusive. You immediately felt comfortable and in good hands. The location is ideal – quiet, yet well connected. Santa Pola can be reached in about 15 minutes by bus and Alicante in about 35 minutes, so that excursions can also be easily undertaken. We enjoyed the time very much and can fully recommend the place. Thank you, David!

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Incredibly difficult to find the house but when we got there we were super happy with everything! Missing some equipment in the kitchen. Then we didn't like the fact that it took payment to cast on the TV. It took an app that cost money to be able to use the TV... Overall, we are super happy and we could absolutely have stayed there again!!! Amazing patios everywhere, there was always access to sun and shade. nice area and 5 min walk to shopping center and grocery stores! Comfortable beds and AC in the rooms were worth gold! however, the duvets were not very comfortable. highly recommend this house for a tried out vacation!!!

Joey is a very responsible host and responded to all our questions without delay. As for the bungalow, it is small but cozy. Special mention goes to the terrace with its fantastic views, BBQ, and lounge area. However, it's worth noting that if you're planning to stay here as a group of four (as we did), it might feel a bit cramped and not very comfortable. The bungalow is ideal for 2-3 people. It has a great location if you want to visit Torrevieja, Alicante, and Benidorm.

Lovely modern apartment, all the amenities were there that you needed. Peaceful location although far enough from the city where an uber is required. you can tell rafal and karina take care of the place. Amazing for a nice relaxing few days. The pool has an AMAZING view. Jazmin was also so helpful and made checking in so easy with a step by step guide and was only a text away from any questions. Overall an amazing and relaxing experience and will definitely be going back!

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment is just as described in text and on the images. The place was clean, had everything you could ask for and the communication was superb without any delay. I would recommend anyone that wants to go to Gran Alacant to consider this apartment! The pool area was great, very inviting and super calm.

We had a very relaxing vacation in Gran Alacant. The residential complex is very quiet, the beaches within walking distance are beautiful, we were also able to use the pool complex in mid-May and the bus connection right outside the front door makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. I am extremely satisfied with my place at Fuencisla's place! In addition to the fact that it was super cozy and that it was in a perfect location in Santa Pola with walking distance to everything, there was everything that you don't think of that you need, all the hygiene products as well as everything to wash dishes and wash clothes. It really gives an extra feeling for good service and something that you appreciate when you stay a shorter stay and you don't have to buy/think about everything like that. The fact that there was no elevator did not do anything for me but can be a problem if you have difficulty with it, because there were a lot of stairs up 😅 but she is also clear about that in the listing. That said, super happy with nice days in the apartment and in cozy genuine Santa Pola 😍🌸

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Great stay, helpful host. Complex has a good pool and apartment was what we needed. Bottled water and fruit provided on arrival, host met us at the apartment making arrival easy. Will visit again

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. We recommend Carmen's apartment, she is a very responsive, kind and friendly host by message. Thanks so much for the bottle of wine! The apartment is in a great location in the city center, everything is within walking distance. The C6 bus to or from the airport is just a few meters away, in the Place de los Luceros, except during the Saint-Jean bonfires, where it is taken from the port. The tram is also in Luceros, it's very convenient to go to San Juan beach for example. If you want to participate in this party, it is ideally located because there are entertainment in this square as well as in the Frederico Soto Avenue, at the foot of the building, with music. There are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as the port. The apartment is clean, very convenient, well-equipped and as described. The view of the harbor and the city is very nice. We had a great time! Thank you so much!

The flat was beautiful - it has undoubtedly a brilliant view towards the sea and it is great to see the sunrise. It was very clean and tidy with everything available that is needed. Nino and Marisol are perfectly responsive and very friendly! The street leading to the apartment is - as described - pretty steep ans with a little effort still doable, also with a stroller. Sometimes one can hear other people in the building and the pipes as well, but with everything else being so nice, it is tolerable! Thank you, Nino, for having us! We sure would come back, if we are ever in the area again!

Elena and Jose Luis are the best hosts to have! Super friendly communication before arrival made check-in so easy. The star of the apartment is THE SEA VIEW. You get to be 20m away from the beach and wake up to the greatest sunrise known to man while listening to the waves. Plus, there are big windows the entire length of the flat, so no matter which room you are in, you get to see the sea. Also, Arenales del Sol was breathtaking (quieter and gourmand-wise better then Alicante). We stayed for 5 days, and the only problem we had is that we didn’t stay longer 🙂
