Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

We had a pleasant two nights in Alicante. The room is clean and tidy, and well equipped. There is a big supermarket not far from the house. It is very convenient. You can cook your own meals. The kitchen is also well equipped with condiments. Looking forward to coming again next time!

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

We had a great time at Desislava's apartment. His Airbnb is really complete, nothing is missing, everything is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is ideally located, close to everything: beach, restaurants, shops… We didn't even need a car to fully enjoy our stay in Alicante. The accommodation is very clean, perfectly maintained, and on top of that, Desislava is a lovely host, very kind and understanding. It's really nice to deal with someone so human and available. Usually, we book hotels for our holidays, but here we felt even better than in a hotel: the privacy, the comfort, the location… everything was perfect. Do not hesitate for a second to book with her, and for our part, if we return to Alicante, it will be without hesitation at Desislava's!

We as a small family regularly travel, especially in Spain. Out of all the apartments we have rented this stands out as the best. The host Sonia was excellent, very friendly, outgoing and her communication skills were fantastic. The property is in a great location and looks exactly like the photos. 5 stars from us. The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and safe residential area, it is ideal for relaxing. Perfect location, just a 15-minute drive to Torrevieja, 30 minutes to Alicante and 1 hour to Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The place was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The furnishings of the house are modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. Thank you for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Spacious accommodation, as described and carefully decorated. Close to the highway for those who wish to go to Alicante. It is complete in terms of equipment, kitchen materials, etc. We only stayed 4 nights but I think for an extended stay it is well suited. Comfortable bedding, same for the couch. Ideal dressing room and what you also need in bathrooms. Gianluca and Vanessa are responsive to messages.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and didn't bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce section. She had good knowledge of cheese and more. We will be back and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

Great view

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. Big plus with paddle court and pool at the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Old Town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante.

Great location - super quiet, but only a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach and a row of restaurants and little shops. We ate out every evening. Spacious & modern apartment with a lovely outdoor area. Pool was a good size and really quiet. Great welcome by Jonas’ parents. Great communication by Jonas leading up to our stay. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to get about as we found booking taxi’s quite hard work! Overall, would highly recommend! We travelled with two children and we had everything we needed.
