Boutique al Lago

Refined and well-kept apartment directly on the lake. Ideal apartment for two people. The apartment has two floors, on the ground floor as well as the living room we find the direct exit to the public beach. Completely renovated with high standing accessories. Private parking included in the price. In 15 minutes you can reach Locarno and Ascona, in 20 minutes Bellinzona. In a 5-minute walk, we find bars, restaurants, a public bathroom, and a tennis court. P.S. Above the bed, there is an ancient bread oven.☺️

A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower, on the first floor the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with large garden for guests. It is 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno.
