Raffinato e curato appartamento direttamente sul lago. Appartamento ideale due persone. L’appartamento ha due piani, al piano terra oltre che il salotto troviamo l’uscita diretta sulla spiaggia pubblica. Completamente rinnovato con complementi di alto standing. Parcheggio privato compreso nel prezzo. In 15 min si raggiunge Locarno e Ascona, in 20 min Bellinzona. In 5 minuti a piedi troviamo bar, ristoranti, bagno pubblico, campo da tennis. P.S. sopra il letto c’è un antico forno del pane☺️

Studio 2 mit Kochnische und Bad

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due local: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale.
