Victoria's place is perfect. In addition to what is already described in the listing, it is worth mentioning that there are universal standard outlet mirrors throughout the house, the heater comes out of the floor - no cold feet - and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was even a bathrobe for us to wear! Loved it, I'll be back for sure

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very nice, cozy, and functional. The building is very nice and the area in my opinion is one of the most beautiful residential areas of the city, with the right balance between tranquility and nice places to eat and walk. Adriana was always attentive and was very friendly. I'll definitely be back on my next trips to Buenos Aires.

I stayed one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area of Palermo but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and clear. I definitely recommend it.

Simply spectacular!!! Maria Laura is a genius! From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're amazing!

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

This place is perfect for stays near the Movistar Arena. The apartment is located three blocks from the stadium, in a very quiet neighborhood. It's on the ground floor, so it has an ideal patio to enjoy during the day. The place is spacious, well lit and has a garage ideal for small cars. The master bathroom is super spacious and also has a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Communication with Maria was always very fluid, this is key for any questions that may arise during the stay. Although it is not an area that is known for having many bars or restaurants, a few blocks away you have the Los Bohemios bodega, which is a 10, and several cafes within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Very cosy and comfortable home. The neighbourhood is lovely, quiet and safe. There are cute cafes and restaurants close by, and lots of nice parks. Everything was as described. The house was well equipped and internet was good. It was very hot when we stayed but the main bedroom has aircon and we used a fan in the second bedroom, as well as closing off the area of the two bedrooms and spreading the aircon through that area. The patio is just lovely and the parilla got good use! Good and easy communication with Claudia.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience at Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was spotless: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz greeted us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

The apartment is comfortable, it was missing some kitchen utensils. The only uncomfortable thing was the first day we arrived, they were just fixing the front and you could hear the hammering a lot, but then it got better. Thanks to Alejandra's good attitude, we were able to enter before the announced time, which is very valuable when traveling with elderly people who are waiting for a medical appointment.

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
