Monthly Rentals in Montchaton

We were very pleasantly surprised, the accommodation is well renovated, super functional, spacious. The bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom large and pleasant. The children's floor with the foosball, the play area and the bedroom. Our kids loved it! Come on, just to find negative points to be completely transparent: * Access to the accommodation is via a large staircase, not very practical * The toilets are really tiny and with the door that opens in the wrong direction (inwards), which further reduces access (On the other hand, really practical suspended toilets) * Limited window shading. You wake up very quickly with the daylight, not great for those who want to sleep in. * When it's hot outside, the floor is stuffy when you go up (under the roofs) These points should not put you off. I rent accommodation very often (on Booking), this is one of the best "value for money" we have experienced...

Beautiful apartment which just looked like the photos. It was really clean and spacious in a quiet location close to shops and restaurants. We loved it and highly recommend it

Sylvie is a very welcoming, warm and responsive host. She gave us a lot of information about how the house works and what to do around. Her house is in pristine condition, true to photos and description. The veranda is very pretty and ultra bright. We had a great weekend with friends and with our dog who enjoyed the garden as much as we did! A big thank you!

We had a pleasant family stay in this welcoming house, perfect for 10/12 people. It is located in a quiet area which is perfect for relaxing. Wilfried is a very welcoming, accommodating and available host. I'll keep the address to recommend it!
