Very bright apartment, sleeps up to 9, on the 1st floor of a house with a very large parking lot for several vehicles or construction machinery. Possibility to enjoy part of the garden with table, chairs and barbecue. Located just a 5-minute drive or 5-minute walk from Balma-Gramont Metro and Auchan shopping center. By metro, in 10 minutes and for 2€ you are Place du Capitole (6 stations)! in the heart of Toulouse. The apartment has a separate entrance.

Apartment located on the first floor of a private house, private access by an external staircase, I live on the ground floor, the ideal would be short-term rentals. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and all cooking utensils. Linens and towels provided. I added a small crib that can accommodate children up to 3 or 4 years old. Breakfast included (coffee, tea, orange juice, yogurts, pastries, butter, jam)

With 270m2 on 3 levels and 6 bedrooms, this 18th century mansion restored in 2015 can accommodate 4 couples and 10 children for a comfortable and charming holiday. The unheated pool is secured, spa 6 and the games room will be a big plus for young and old. No groups of young people Ask for a rate before booking!
