Nestled on the south slope of the Pic du Canigou, Mas Lou Poun is an ancient stone Catalan farmhouse. The ancient Bergerie, is situated away from the main house and has been recently renovated to luxury specs. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake to gentle birdsongs in the forest and meadow. It is surrounded by 9 hectares (25 acres) of private forests, rivers, canyons and numerous walking routes. On the ground floor there is a sitting area with a sofa, a dinning table for two & a small kitchen area with 2 ringed hob, fridge slow cooker, , Microwave, kettle & toaster. Upstairs there is a double bed , shower ,toilet & sink. Outside there is a private garden with patio area, picnic table, charcoal BBQ & fantastic south facing mountain views. A music system is available along with free Wifi & Television ( French & Spain ).
