It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Hi, I’m Lea. I hope our 180° Mountain View House can provide a pleasurable trip! We have two individual units with separate bathroom. Units are on opposite ends of the house with separate entrances. Drones are not allowed on the premise. No smoking is allowed on the premise. The use of marijuana or any other drugs on the premise of the property is strictly prohibited. There will be a $200 fee charged for any evidence of smoking and drug use on the premise.

We are close to various local eateries, supermarkets, hiking trails, Santa Fe Dam and Old Town Monrovia. We are less then 20 minutes away from Santa Anita Horse Race, City of Hope and Irwindale Speedway. On Fridays we have a Farmers Market in Old Town. 30 min away from Yamava Casino.
