The a/c is nice and cold and the queen size bed very comfortable. A roomy bathroom to take a shower or long bath. Easily accessible and just 2 minutes off of the interstate. This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.It is a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Your pet will love the spacious backyard. There are two bedrooms and one full bath. Please note there is not a bath tub but a shower only. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has the double bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook. We have it stocked with the essential seasonings as well as coffee, sugar, etc.

It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.
