Vacation rentals with beach access in Monopoli

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. It was a perfect size and setup for myself and my husband, and my parents. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us all the space and flexibility. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and the terrace was so wonderful to spend breakfast and happy hours sitting outside enjoying the surroundings. The location is absolutely amazing, easy to get to the edge of the old city where we could park the car and in the perfect balance of walkable and lots to do but not in the craziest loudest parts of the city. It was just so charming. NOTE: for those driving their own rental car, like us, note that you cannot park within a 5 minute walk of the apartment (you have to park in the new city, but this apartment is close to the edge!) so just something to know when thinking about transporting suitcases and groceries, etc. Parking can be extremely tricky and limited, but somehow we lucked out! We ended up putting in the cafe “Mezzopieno” as the destination to find parking.

We had a great time staying here in Polignano. The area was amazing, so close to the centre and lots of delicious places to eat. The house was just what we needed and we loved the roof terrace. Domenico was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We’d love to stay again!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Gastgeber Giacomo war sehr aufmerksam und hat unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen optimal, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Küche ist gut ausgestattet um sich selbst sich auch kleine Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. My family and I stayed at Livia’s apartment during our stay in Polignano a Mare and this was our favourite stay during our entire trip to Puglia. Andrea was so kind and went above and beyond recommending restaurants and places to see and visit during our stay. On our first night it was late when we checked in and he helped us get a table at a very popular restaurant. The apartment was so clean and spotless. It was also very modern and spacious. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed as well as beach towels and drinks! It is in the most perfect location as it is a short and easy walk to the main area. If you’re visiting Polignano definitely stay at Livia’s apartment.

Marta’s place is exactly as in the photos and is super clean. It is decorated with an airy, beachy vibe, very lovely. Marta was extremely friendly and responsive, and she quickly resolved a minor matter by bringing us extra pillows and linens. The location is good, and it’s important to know that this location is on the edge of town, not in town. It’s a short easy walk to town. There is construction going on, but it was never noisy. There is no designated parking and the small lot behind the apartment is public. Fortunately, we never had difficulty finding a space, but it is possible that could be a challenge in high season. The upper deck is lovely with a great view, however, it was too windy to spend any time up there. A great experience all around. We can’t say enough about Marta’s hospitality and how pristine the place is! Thank you, Marta!

Adoramos a nossa estadia. O lugar é super confortável e aconchegante. A localização é ótima e de fácil acesso, ao mesmo tempo em que não é uma rua barulhenta. Rafaelle e sua esposa nos receberam muito bem e deram boas dicas de Polignano. Rafaelle nos levou num café local, sempre muito solícito. Altamente recomendado.

11/10 spot! Amazing location, incredibly friendly staff (Maira was so lovely), beautiful views. We had a fabulous stay with our 2 kids and would book again in a heartbeat. We miss it already!!!! Really walkable and in the mix but also had privacy. Truly a perfect experience.

Der Aufenthalt war absolut perfekt! Die Unterkunft war super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist perfekt im Zentrum der Altstadt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit – wir konnten schon früher einchecken. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung und sie ist genau wie auf den Bildern.. Die Kommunikation war schnell und einfach. Top Lage zu Restaurants und zur Stadtmitte. Zudem gibt es eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse von der man über ganz Ostuni und das Meer sehen kann.

Wim’s place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a family vacation. It was nice to be away from people and to finally relax. Stefania was kind, helpful, and personable. The home offered what we all needed. We cooked the majority of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Wim was proactive, and provided a complete guide to all things Puglia. Unplugged and unwinding is the way of life in Serranova.

Adorable apartment close to the center of town. Easy communication with the host. Five minute easy walk to historic center. The place was clean and the key easy to use. I reccomend this home.

We had a wonderful stay in Liliana's appartement. It's close to the historical center, shops and the beaches. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay a few days to visit Monopoli.

Espetacular!!! Apto perfeito, super bem decorado, impecável nos mínimos detalhes!!! Localização ideal, no coração do centrinho de Monopoli com acesso aos melhores bares, restaurantes e passeios de barco. Tudo a poucos metros. Anna foi extremamente solícita, gentil e educada. Ítens básicos como café, água, refrigerante e bolachinhas estavam à disposição para facilitar a estadia. Ficaria facilmente o mês inteiro em Monopoli, neste apto.

Can't say enough about how nice Andrea was. He met us at the street and had saved us a parking space close to the apartment. Walked us the short distance to the apartment and gave us a tour of the place. He provided the best welcome package of any of the places we stayed on this trip. Water, snacks, a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of Proseco. He's a laid back, kind person and wants his guests to have a good time. He also sent us on our way with three bags of tasty local treats AND a cute little jar that per local custom is supposed to bring good luck. It definitely worked as I had misplaced my wallet and had turned the place upside down looking for it before he arrived. Within five minutes of receipt of the jar of luck, my wallet was found!! Thanks Andrea! Regarding the apartment, it has good AC, a nice little balcony from the top floor and all necessary kitchen items. The unit is spread out on four floors, so you'll get your steps in. All in all a great stay in Bari

This place is like a time capsule 100 years back. Set right on the beach, amazing property with great views of the sea. Would definitely stay here again. Only problem was that WiFi was not working as internet lines were down and our phone reception was minimal too, so we had hard time connecting with friends/family or even things like streaming music and planning our trips to surrounding towns. The host is great and very responsive.

Absolutely amazing place, and one of the best views for the sunset and sunrise in Polignano a Mare. We stayed a week and the house is incredible, with the sea view, balconies, roof terrace and rooftop. Walking distance from everywhere. Jacqueline was nice and very helpful, gave us plenty of good tips. Lots of steps and tiny bathrooms but we loved them too.

This apartment was exceptional. Very well thought out. Really well equipped and lacked nothing. There is lovely art on the walls. Eva was a pleasure to deal with, had great advice and recommendations. It is located slightly (10 mins) from the old town and we preferred this, to be in a characterful neighbourhood with loads of local cafes bars and restaurants. We had a great time

We had a truly wonderful stay at Vincenzo's place for two nights in early May. The apartment is beautiful, light and airy and the terrace overlooking the sea a great place to relax. The bed was super comfy, and we loved listening to the waves at night! Water, oil, balsamic and some nibbles supplied, a Nespresso style coffee maker (and a small Italian coffee maker) and a few coffee pods. Everything was clean and fresh, we didn't cook but there was ample equipment. There are two flights of steep and narrow stairs from the street. With small cases we found it difficult to get them up the stairs without banging the walls, it would be tricky with a large suitcase. There is another flight of narrow stairs from the bedroom/bathroom level to the kitchen, then one double height step to the terrace. This was not a problem for us but could be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. Anna was really responsive and helpful with local suggestions and well spoken English.

Piermario et Antonio sont des hôtes exceptionnels. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil avec la présentation du logement qui est merveilleusement équipé , tout à été prévu pour se sentir comme à la maison. Des petites attentions culinaires nous attendaient , deux vélos que nous avons utilisé presque tous les jours pour aller au marché coperto ou bien jusqu à la gare pour prendre le train ,ou aller à la plage, sans oublier la petite cour interieure, un vrai petit bijou .Ils ont pensé à tout y compris au barbecue. On n'a plus envie de repartir quand on est là bas. La situation géographique est idéale avec les transports à proximité et les magasins,restaurants etc... Ils sont très réactifs des qu un petit souci se présente. On a qu'une seule envie c est d'y retourner. Merci de nous permettre de passer un bon séjour. Brigitte et Victor

Silvia was a great host and her place was everything we hoped it would be! We loved her location and the feel of her place. Great experience and highly recommend, would definitely come back.

We loved our stay at Giorgio’s place. He is by far our favourite host. Lovely welcome gift and a farewell breakfast The place was clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Great shower and kitchen with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Netflix available for the end of a big day. Giorgio is always available with help when needed and made our stay in Bari just perfect. Thank Giorgio, you’re the best.

A cidade é apaixonante e a acomodação permite caminhar por todos os pontos centrais com tranquilidade em qualquer horário.. Mercado ao lado, proximidade com o centro e uma orla linda! Fomos de carro para visitar cidades vizinhas e foi essencial locar a garagem a parte com o Vito, é quase impossível estacionar no bairro (as vagas são reservadas para moradores ou inexistentes). Reforço que a casa é um ambiente único com uma divisória entre quarto e sala. O Vito oferece um check-in especial e orienta sobre os principais passeios, restaurantes e reservas.
