‘Triggol’s’ is a two-storey, newly-built, detached house set within the heart of the peaceful Somerset village of Lydeard St Lawrence. Located between the Quantock Hills (AONB), Exmoor and the dramatic West Somerset coastline, this quirky property offers a unique base from which to relax or explore. The property offers comfortable, open-plan living upstairs benefitting from a sun-trap, south-facing balcony garden, complete with 6-person hot tub. Well-behaved dogs allowed, please book them in.

The village of Williton is within an easy stroll, plant of pubs, coffee shops, fish & chips and pubs. A fantastic footpath network runs from the farm. The Elms is located in Sampford Brett - a quintessential English village between Exmoor National Park, the Quantock Hills & Somerset's coast. It provides bright spacious accommodation and is fitted to a high standard with comfy beds, fitted carpets, modern bathroom and country pine furniture. A beautiful hand built cabin nestled in the woods, idyllic setting next to a stream and surrounded by magnificent trees, the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature. Found at the end of an unmade track, with miles of nothing but woodland walks and wonderful hills to explore on foot or bike. Situated next to a stream with a glass bridge and beautiful little waterfall, with its own plunge pool. The hot shower and compost loo are set in a quirky horse box accessed across a board walk.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

A stones throw away from the Roost are extensive bridal and footpaths onto the Quantock Hills, where you can enjoy a number of activities all surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and picturesque views. Vegetables home grown and available through summer months, pick your own raspberries June/ July. With have breathtaking views, dark skies, endless walks and bike tracks right on the doorstep. Cassia is a bespoke Shepherds Hut, constructed August 2021. Situated on Stockland marshes perfect for walking and bird watching , a quiet retreat to get away from it all. The coast is five minutes drive away. This area boasts one of the UK’s largest new wetland reserves, providing habitat for a mix of wetland wildlife, including otters, wildfowl, owls and waders, migrating birds are an attraction and varied wildlife including dear can often be spotted.
