Little boat

The Barchetta (Little Boat) is my small home inspired by the sea. It is not a real boat, it is a little normal home but inspired by the sea. Bright, cheerful and anchored in the very center of the city but in a strategic position: in the lively serenity of San Salvario near the Synagogue. The sailor style of my home makes it an original and comfortable sea corner in the center of town ... It is located on the third floor (with lift) in beautiful old building. FAST WIFI!!! Smiles are welcome : )

Das casetta-felicita steht etwas versteckt im Wald, umgeben von Bäumen und vielen Blumen. Auf ca. 18qm befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer, ein Küchen-und Eßplatz, sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und Toilette. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich die Keramikwerkstatt in welcher auch Töpferkurse angeboten werden. Wanderer und Mountenbiker erleben pure Natur. Durch die romantische Lage kann man früh die Vögel zwitschern hören und den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Abends sagen sich Hase und Fuchs im Wald gute Nacht.

The privacy of this farmhouse located in the Langhe hills of Asti, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is unparalleled. You will be the only guests. Inside, you'll have 450 square meters to yourself, outside a private 16 x 4 meter infinity pool open from May to September, a soccer field, a ping pong table, a foosball table, 2 hectares of garden and woodland. No neighbors will disturb you. The neighboring towns are 2 or 3 km away. Excellent Starlink connection. The land is rich in truffles, wine.

La stazione Racconigi della METROPOLITANA è vicinissima e un bus comodissimo per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro passa a 50mt. A disposizione una minicucina dotata anche di macchina per il caffè e dei generi di primissima necessità.
