Excellent location for the D Day beaches or just for a beach holiday in Langrune. The house is quirky and may not suit everyone because of steep stairs and the layout, but it worked fine for the four adults in our party. The baker and butcher in the village are brilliant and the general store and greengrocers are more than adequate. Cathy and Nicholas were very heloful with recommendations of places to eat. We had a wonderful holiday as a result.

Great location for Cabourg beach and town, proximity to Caen ferry easy for UK visitors. Road a little noisy out front but it was a French National Holiday so busier than usual. Lovely layout, good kids games/puzzles. Netflix also a bonus. Good coffee machine and kitchen equipment.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. The location is absolutely ideal: just a short walk to the charming village, close to the beach, and right by a little forest, which our little dog enjoyed exploring. The cottage itself is cozy, very well-equipped, and just the right size for two people. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. There is a nice little garden, with an incredible view stretching out over the sea – and the sunsets are beautiful to watch. Valérie and Christophe were great hosts – super responsive to any question we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back!

We needed a place to stay in Caen with our dog so we could explore the area and Arnaud’s place was absolutely perfect. The location is very central and yet also very private with it’s completely enclosed garden. We were welcomed personally and immediately felt at home and comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful, and ideal for our dog who just wanted to relax in the shade. All of the things inside worked perfectly and the home itself is very well equipped. We highly recommend Arnaud’s place and will stay there again when we visit Caen.

The concierge, Mr. Chrétien, welcomed us warmly. He is really friendly, smiling and gave us some great tips on places to visit in Cabourg. We easily found a parking space on the street. The apartment, located on the 2nd floor, is clean and bright. The bed is comfortable, as is the sofa. The rest is also very good, except for a small flaw: the toilets are really cramped and difficult to access. Outside, the green spaces are well maintained and the pool, in full sun, is really excellent!

second professional stay, the setting is perfect for teleworking. I'll be back.

The cottage was everything advertised and more. Beds were very comfortable; literature was provided for local attractions, groceries restaurants; emergency contacts, etc. Loved the horses on their breeding farm, and the serene rural setting - just the perfect distance from everything we came to see. Our gracious host, Venessa, was bilingual and spoke English, which made communicating with her much easier. The kitchen as well as the entire cottage was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. She had even provided games, and other children items -which we didn’t need - but we appreciated seeing the details given to the needs of visiting families. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but would have enjoyed spending time at both amenities, given more time for our trip. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone desiring to travel to the Normandy area of France.

Fantastic property to stay in. House is immaculate, clean and resides in a beautiful area of a quiet village. With country side walks on the door step and a short drive to a lovely beach town that has restaurants, bakery and historical sites allows plenty to enjoy. Heated pool and outside areas match the standards presented inside the property and all together make a very comfortable stay. Line is a great host and very helpful. Overall very happy and would recommend this beautiful house.

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .

Small heavenly cottage, very peaceful. Small garden not overlooked. Very clean accommodation. We didn't miss anything. Thanks to Flora for the small touches that awaited us and for hosting us. We even had enough to read, play etc... Tennis court, ping pong, petanque... We will surely come back as soon as possible to enjoy the pool. We would highly recommend. Thanks to Flora.

I had a great stay in this cozy little apartment, very comfortable and has everything you need. The sea view is beautiful and the access to the boardwalk and the beach is a short walk away. The environment is quiet and very easy to park in the immediate vicinity of the building. In addition, Jeremy is welcoming and provides very clear instructions for the apartment. In short, I will be very happy to come back during a future stay in Cabourg.

Elodie is very friendly and accommodating! Responds very quickly and gives up-to-date information! Quiet residential area and the house is very homey and cozy! We really felt at home here! A great and private place to stay, secure driveway parking was ideal. Aldi a short walk down the road. Lots to do in the surrounding areas and provided the perfect base. Well equipped kitchen and a nice outside terrace to sit in the sun.

We are happy with our stay!! Clean and easy to access. The living room with the kitchen is spacious. The location was great for my son's rugby tournament at Beauregard Castle which was a 5-minute drive. Communication with Mélissa was perfect, she is a very responsive host. If the club is invited again next year, I would definitely come back!!
