Welcome to our small rustic and pet-friendly log cabin on the Maumee River in Waterville, Oh! There is a queen bed in a private bedroom as well as a full sofa bed in the living room. It abuts a 10-mile-long trail that winds along the river for hiking and biking. There is a private 2-person hot tub. Riverwood consists of 12 cottages and a VW Bus campsite. The Red Barn Guest House is structurally detached from the owner’s main residence and has all of its own amenities. Situated on 5 acres, the house has a large front porch and fire pit for outdoor relaxation. Inside, the luxuries abound with granite countertops and modern appliances.

Second floor of a historic home built in the 1800’s. Above a quaint Tea Room. Private entrance, you will be the only guests. Access to Clara J’s Tea Room during operating hours. (Call to make a reservation if you would like Proper Tea Wednesday-Saturday) Walking distance from many shops, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and our excellent Metropark! There is not a kitchen. There are NO cleaning fees. The exterior is currently being renovated, but this has no impact on your stay. (2024)

We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

Your Highnesses House has its own personal charm. I have spent a lot of time creating this space to make it a home away from home. This is a unique side-by-side duplex tucked away in a generally quiet area in the south end of Toledo. This home has a lot of special features that make it a wonderful place to stay whether it be a short-term rental or a long-term rentals. No parties and no smoking/vaping if the rule is broken it’s an additional $500 charge.
