Our private home is located in a quiet community, backing to BLM land & the Fourmile Rec Area . We are a 10-min drive to town & close to many outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, rafting, & fishing. Central location is 15 minutes to the town of Salida or the b)h)iking trails of the Monarch Crest or Ski area. 2 miles to Poncha Springs with full grocery store, restaurants, winery, Elevation brewery and more. The house is well appointed with everything except for Wi-Fi. A perfect excuse to unplug and relax. Easy, well maintained access road less than 2 miles from the highway. A great home base for many adventures!

Riverbend Retreat Guest Suite

This secluded riverside location is just the place for a quiet and comfortable getaway, 3 miles from downtown Salida. Our rural setting is beautiful in every season, offering views of the mountain valley as well as direct access to fishing easements on the Arkansas River. The private suite is an addition to our home with its own exterior entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, and small dining area. This space is most comfortably used by 2 adults with children, or 3 adults sharing the suite.
