Our lovely summerhouse was built in 2005 as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. Beautifully renovated apartment on the ground floor with two terraces with several seating areas. Living room and kitchen in one with a brand new kitchen and all the kitchen equipment you need. Large lovely windows with door to lovely morning terrace on one side and lovely covered terrace with dining area and beautiful lounge area on the other. New bathroom with shower. Cottage with short distance to the water and wilderness bath

When you arrive at the summerhouse, you can light up the grill while the kids play in the large garden. Should it rain, the covered terrace can be used. There is also a wilderness bath in the garden. In all likelihood, you'll be visited by the area's many wild animals. There are deer, hares, and pheasants that often run through the garden. Close by is a forest, which is ideal for walking or running. In the evening you can light up the fireplace and enjoy the sight of the flames as you talk about what tomorrow should offer.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

This unique home has its very own style. The main house is the old Lyngfogde residence, the apartment is in an adjacent building, with its own entrance and parking. The apartment has a fantastic view of fields and Horreby Lyng, which is a unique area. There is plenty of wildlife on and around the property, with pheasants, hares, fallow deer and lots of birds. Hesnæs beach is about 7 km away, and Corselitze estate and forest district, where there is the possibility of beautiful hikes, is about 5 km away.

Welcome to our beautiful family cottage in Rødvig! We are a family with 3 generations who love our lovely house in Rødvig, where we find peace and comfort both together and separately. We would like to share that with you! The garden is partially landscaped with wild flowers, which adorn the beautiful garden, which also includes a ball court, large partially covered wooden terrace, large fireplace and play area with swings and slide.
