La casa è composta da cucina completa e come riscaldamento ha una stufa a legna , oppure pompe di calore , un divano letto matrimoniale , e al secondo piano la camera completa e bagno completo , e all 'esterno una terrazza, poi un soppalco con un letto singolo.

La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

The building is around 500 years old, and is thought to be at the very heart of the original Cardoso, with the village growing around this centre over the next few centuries. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
