Stunning views of Mountains, River, and Laughlin casinos. King bed! Spacious bathroom, large shower. Kitchenette has full fridge, cooking appliances. Ample parking for toys. Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

We are conveniently located minutes away from multiple boat launch sites, including Jack Smith and 15 minutes away from Oatman Ghost Town, a family favorite. Close to stores, river and the casino. This two bedroom two bathroom home is very spacious and inviting. It has a large kitchen perfect for those who enjoy cooking at home and sitting with their loved ones over a good meal.

Jodi was the perfect host, the house was amazing for my whole family and pets too. We will definitely stay here again if she will have us. Only thing I wish we had was an umbrella for the backyard to shade. The house had lots of room and was so much better than the pics described. Thank you Jodi for letting our family stay in your home.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly nice—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really made the experience stand out, though, was how accommodating and communicative the host was throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and responded quickly to any questions I had. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches that made me feel at home. Thank you for such a great experience—I would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay! Maria was wonderful with being flexible at check in so we could accommodate our 3 toddlers nap time. It was a family friendly home, incredibly clean, and more!

Perfect place for our large family. Great host easy to communicate with and our daughters loved the large bath tub! They also loved the cozy robes and the welcome bags were a nice added touch. We would definitely stay again!

James was awesome. I asked for early check-in to get ready for a family event and he accommodated wonderfully. Keurig was appreciated w/complimentary 5 pods of french roast, but I would have made a full pot of coffee with the coffee I brought (did not see a coffee maker). Needed a toaster. ... Water in frig was so welcoming after long drive. Easy entry (front gate & door), kitchen stocked well, bathrooms towels & supplies too. Front porch needs normal bug sweep. Kayaked, fished, played pickleball w/locals, explored clubhouse etc. after two awesome family graduations!!!

I stayed at Laura's house while working in the area and I would definitely recommend this location! Laura was super responsive and accommodating, she even bought a grill for us! I would recommend staying here over and over! thank you Laura!
