Monthly Rentals in Modoc County

I stayed in town for a work-related trip, and Juan and Kathy's place was perfect! My bag was lost at the Reno airport, and they were very communicative and responsive when I told them I wouldn't be checking in until later. The house was also spotless and stocked with any amenity you could ever need. They really are very thoughtful and do everything they can to make sure you have a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Jan’s cottage … hard to find the right words to describe just how wonderful this little gem is! It is a perfect getaway and a true escape to the country. The cottage is quaint, clean and so well put together. It’s airy and clean and Jan is truly a generous and gracious hostess, with homemade bread and jam on arrival and fresh flowers! The bed is comfy and to slide into sheets that are ironed and crisp was delightful! Thank you Jan & Russ for an exceptional stay in your piece of paradise!

What a beautiful wonderful cabin, in a peaceful location. The views were spectacular. The accommodations spot on! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly… We loved our stay and hope to go again. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay! 😊

We had a great stay, plenty of space for a family a cool retro vibe to the home, killer panoramic views with unobstructed sunsets. Good value as well. Would and probably will try and stay here again next time we are in the area.
