We had such a great stay at Paola's apartment. It's beautiful and in a great location in the old town. Everywhere is super walkable and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Paola was super responsive and really helpful. She allowed us to check in after midnight and also booked us a taxi for our early flight home! Would highly recommend 😍

Fantastic stay!!! We were 3 people staying here for 5 nights. Located just 30 minutes outside Bologna up in the mountains with a stunning view. We each got a bedroom, all of which were cool despite the heat outside. Luxurious with 2 bathrooms with both shower and toilet when there are several people. There is everything you need and even a washing machine if you are there for a long time and need to do laundry. Every morning, there were freshly baked goodies outside the door for us, which the gentleman who owns the house had arranged. Incredibly quiet and peaceful and the only thing you hear throughout the day is the chirping of the different birds. We'd love to come back here❤️

Wonderful Family Living! The host, Elisa, was fantastic... He explained and sent us everything in time so we could arrive peacefully, the house was a dream and he even left us a small breakfast. The house is beautiful, even better than in the photos. Everything is tidy and super clean. In addition, a plus of the house was the super-equipped kitchen. Very quiet and quiet area. In addition, it is very convenient to get to the center, with supermarkets and bars nearby. A stay that must be repeated

This place was PERFECT! Right in the heart of Bologna. Everything was walkable and there are so many things nearby. Even a great coffee shop right below the apartment. Fiorella’s recommendations were amazing! The restaurants she recommended could not have been better! We enjoyed her place so much and was great to have a place to relax. Would highly recommmend staying here. Also, checking in and out was super flexible. Fiorella was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had!

Highly recommend Bazzano and Franco’s house as home base for visiting Bologna, Modena and environs. Unique beautifully maintained historic home with lovely outdoor space. Comfortable bed and a/c was appreciated on warm June night.

Monia is a very kind and helpful host. The house is very large with comfortable beds, two bathrooms with a large and perfectly functioning shower.

Federica’s home was absolutely amazing. We were welcomed with genuine hospitality and treated with the utmost respect. The house was in perfect condition and offered several beautiful, relaxing outdoor spaces. We've stayed in many vacation rentals, but this was by far the best—so comfortable and inviting, we truly felt like family.

Absolutely adored staying here! Not only was it a perfect location for us to stumble home from Osteria Francescana , it was a wonderful place to relax and feel like you are at home while away on vacation. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were guests at Alessandro's accommodation this weekend on the occasion of elrow Great location, we were able to get around very well without vehicles, on foot Very close to the center, shops, and nightlife. Very clean environment, we will definitely return for some upcoming event

We felt extremely comfortable in Matteos accommodation. It is located in a picturesque setting that offers a lot of peace and relaxation. The rooms are designed with a lot of love for details and equipped with everything you might need. Overall, a stay with Matteo is highly recommended and we will definitely come back!

This apartment was amazing , it is in a perfect location , tucked behind the main streets , it’s quite and very private It had everything I need for the two week stay It’s close to the Main Train Station and Bus Station But also the main area of Modena is merely a few minutes walk and is full of Restaurants and Bars From my perspective this location and this apartment ticked all my boxes for the holiday o wanted There is even a beautiful quite restaurant straight outside the front t door that’s open from early to evening dinner The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities anyone could need The host is super responsive and I felt very much at home Thank you and I would recommend to anyone

We ADORED this apartment - light, airy, great layout, and well equipped with everything needed to make it feel like a home away from home. Perfect location - walking distance to Old Town, just outside the ZTL (so easy to drive out of town for day trips). Maria was a wonderful host, always very responsive and quick to provide local recommendations. 10/10, I hope we have the opportunity to someday visit beautiful Modena and stay here again! Ciao!

Alina was very responsive and the place was super clean and comfy. It had everything we needed. There's a bus stop right in front of the apartment which takes you directly to the city centre. It was calm and quiet, which let us get rested after a busy day exploring the city. I would choose this place again if I come back to Bologna :)

We had a fantastic weekend in Flor's apartment. The property is in a very good location (the city center is a 10-15 minute walk and you can park for free on the street). The air conditioning made an important contribution to our quality of stay at an outside temperature of over 30°C. For our son, the historic elevator was the highlight. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean and functionally furnished. We would definitely recommend Flor's place.

The apartment is in a very central location, matches the descriptions and is as shown in photos. The hostess, Alice, was very helpful with advice and assistance (parking, restaurants recommendations & reservations) and always available (thank you very much for that🤗😘) - the 3 days in Modena were a really nice surprise for us!

We had a great stay. The apartment was nice and clean - looked just like the photos. The shower was fantastic. We had our ten month baby with us and the host kindly provided a travel cot and high chair which was much appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent and was quick so to answer any questions we may have. We would happily stay at this apartment again.

Emanuele's apartment was just what my family and I needed. Central, walkable to all Modena restaurants, and comfortable. Easy location. Emanuele was extremely helpful and responsive (especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out). Great place to stay!

The accommodation is really beautiful, it makes you feel in an atmosphere of peace and warmth, the amenities of the place were of good quality and the hosts were very friendly and always showed availability for any need we had, just to point out that the price skyrocketed for the spa (jacuzzi) that did not work optimally on this occasion, however it was reported to the hosts and I am sure they will solve it soon so that their next guests can enjoy it, the area is relatively quiet and being in the center of Modena you are strategically located with everything important just steps away from you. Yes, I recommend the place
