Vacation rentals with lake access in Mjøsa

We had a great, quiet and relaxing time. Everything was easy to find, as described and we felt very comfortable. Eirik responded to messages super quickly. We'll be back. 1000 takk!

I was there for 5 weeks. The view is very nice and you have your privacy. On foot you can get to a large shopping center quite quickly, there is everything your heart desires. In general, you can get by very well on foot. I didn't test the public transport. The host is very friendly and easy to talk to. He had offered to take me on a hike, which I also enjoyed. He gave plenty of tips on what to do in the area but also tips for longer trips. All in all, a very great 5 weeks.

Thank you Beate for welcoming us warmly. The house is very cozy and clean, and with the large lake view in front of the house, we really hope to stay a little longer. Thank you for letting us have such a wonderful memory before leaving Norway.

A small paradise in the middle of the city center! I stayed in this charming house in the middle of Gjøvik and could not have been more pleased. Although the location is super central, it feels like staying in an idyllic, peaceful cottage — a bit like in the movie The Holiday, just with a touch of more luxury. The house was thoroughly cozy, quiet and surrounded by greenery, and I felt at home from the first moment. I'd love to come back here! Highly recommended.

Therese was easy to communicate with from the first moment. Quick feedback on all the questions we had. The house itself was very nice, clean and tidy, and the location was absolutely beautiful right next to Mjøsa. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Very nice house, we felt right at home

We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s place. The house is beautifully designed, spotless, and feels just like home. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and BBQs, and our kids loved exploring the nearby forest and relaxing by the bonfire. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway and scenic hikes. Sadly, the weather kept us from using the kayak and SUP, but we still had a great time. Highly recommended!

it was our weekend getaway trip to enjoy and do some cross country ski and this cabin was a great a choice. it gave us the feeling of old cabins were availability of water is less(not this cabin don't have water) but the process is completely different from other modern cabins. Incineration toilet was first of a kind of experience for us. They cabin had everything one could ask for a cozy trip to cut oversell from techno world. Social interaction will be more, since there is no TV or wifi. but very good amount of board games and natural beauty. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay at this location and would highly recommend. Senthil responds quickly if you have questions or issues. The location is fantastic, close to public transportation, grocery markets and walkable to many attractions. Our family made good use of the common area and large balcony. A great experience overall!

Very nicely located apartment/ house. With a beautiful view of the wooded mountains. Large, cozy and equipped with everything. Camilla is a very friendly and helpful woman. 5 min walk to the metro that runs to the center of Oslo.

The place was as described. Very lovingly and cozily furnished and the view is very nice. If you come by car, the accommodation is good. The communication before and during the stay was also friendly and fast. Highly recommended !

Excellent host, excellent apartment. FYI: for those who have issues falling asleep at night, one apartment has the window facing a street where the trolley passes from time to time.

Marianne‘s apartment is one of the best ones I’ve been so far in Gjøvik. The view over the lake is magnificent, and the apartment cozy, very clean as I arrived, and warm even in the colder days of February. The kitchen has everything you need (including a lot of cutlery, instead of the typical 3 spoons for 3 people in other apartments!), the living room is quite big (you can do some yoga if you bring your mat along!), and there is a lot a large closet in the bedroom. Marianne and her family are also very friendly and ready to help and give tips. You can reach anything in the city centre in about 15min on foot, and the NTNU in 30min. I will definitely recommend staying here if you visit Gjøvik!

Karins beautiful apartment was perfect for a weekend in Hamar. Well equipped, clean and with a pleasant atmosphere. With a central location, we had walking distance to most things. I highly recommend the condo!

We found what we were looking for in Värmland, silence, nature, solitude, mushroom picking, hiking, relaxing on the terrace, barbecue overlooking the lake, swimming in the lake, boating. A small coop with everything we needed every day is in Skillingsfors. For hikes, nature reserves are accessible by car. We hardly met people here. Map and compass are an advantage. There are hardly easily walkable hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of the house, which we knew. If you need little infrastructure like restaurants or the like and many people for your well-being, you're in the right place. It was completely right for us. Robert was a very good host, always available and helpful. We received excursion tips from him, something to fix, he was right there. House is in impeccable condition. 5 stars in every way. It is likely that we will come again. Thank you Robert for a wonderful long stay.!

very nice cabin and great view to a great experience

The house was just what we were after. Good space, clean, and nice garden and views. Hege was very kind, flexible, and responsive. I’d definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed at Nuno’s place for two nights while snowboarding in Trysil, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. Nuno is a gracious and attentive host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well looked after. The accommodation was cozy, comfortable, and spotless, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it truly special. Based on previous reviews, we decided to try Nuno’s home-cooked meals, and we’re so glad we did! He’s an exceptional chef, and the food was one of the highlights of our stay. We highly recommend staying at Nuno’s, you won’t be disappointed!

Nina is a very lovely host. She responds immediately and helped us with finding activities and things to do in the area. She also invited us over for some mulled wine and prepared a bonfire for us. The view from the house is amazing, the interior is cosy, perfect for a cosy getaway

Cozy little place with good access to Østmarka! Quiet and peaceful place for those who want to get out.

This place gave us the peace and atmosphere we needed. Absolutely beautiful for two who just want to be "us", but also a wonderful place for kids. Nice hiking opportunities, quite far away from the city center of Skreia. Simple, private, and with a unique location. A real home with a lot of soul and history. Skibladner and Mjøsa came close to us! We also want to highlight the hosting. We were very well taken care of. Thank you so much for us, we will be back!

Our family of four really loved Stine's house. It's tastefully designed and in a beautiful, quiet area. We'll be back one day!
