Our cottage is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fireplace and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the Alpine feeling can be particularly well enjoyed from the bench on the forecourt. Inside it is beautifully and cozily furnished, with a tiled stove and wood-burning stove, a cozy living room and a spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

The house is the starting point for hikes and winter sports in the Alpstein, museum visits and forest walks. Everything is easily accessible by Appenzell train or the Rufbus [on-call bus]. Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.

Stay in an original Appenzell farmhouse renovated in spring 22 with 4 bedrooms, 1 living room + 2 bathrooms. The house is secluded in the middle of a sheep pasture. Nevertheless you are in 10min in the city of St.Gallen. It has parking for about 3 cars; 50m away there is a bus stop. It has a nice outdoor area with deck chairs and hammock for relaxation and with 2 barbecue areas. The large garden with slide, swing, sandbox etc. is ideal for children.

Cozy room overlooking the countryside Our guest room on a private floor offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. It has a 140cm bed and a nice seating area overlooking the countryside. The private entrance and free parking provide additional comfort. The private toilet with shower is a little older but clean and functional. Guests can use the bbq in the garden. Perfect for relaxing days in nature. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

The breathtaking view over the Alpstein, hills and the countryside also invites you to hike, exercise and walk. Also for winter sports holidays with snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or sledding. With us you can escape everyday life and get a taste of country life. You are also welcome to get an insight into our farm, not far from the vacation home. Fresh milk directly from the cow and eggs from our chickens can be purchased from us.

Welcome to the idyllic municipality of Lutzenberg in the hilly Appenzellerland. The small former Wöschhüsli is surrounded by green meadows and trees. The cozy cottage impresses with lots of charm and simplicity. A special highlight is the stream, which flows through the property and gives it a relaxed atmosphere.
