Comfortable Apartment in North/Central Omaha

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Absolutely gorgeous quiet convenient with garage

Private suite located on the lower level of our home, with direct entry through the garage via key code. Guests love having immediate access and NO STAIRS!!! 8 Minutes from both main interstates. 15 minutes to downtown, the ballpark, zoo, shopping, and 20 minutes to the airport. A full-service grocery store is just 2 minutes away, offering a pharmacy, deli, pizza, liquor, and a Starbucks. Excellent restaurants are nearby, as well as Dunkin' Donuts, which features a drive-thru for convenience.

Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. With a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, full kitchen, shower in bathroom, laundry, and gas fireplace, the apt. is attached by an elevated deck to the main house, my childhood home, (which my husband and I call our "Hilltop Hospitality House"). Grain Bin Getaway

Nestled at the foot of the Loess Hills, this repurposed grain bin is a sight to see. Every inch of the inside has been customized for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

My place is close to I-680. 15 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to Benson and 17 minutes to airport..Close to Immanuel Hospital and Omaha Country Club. You’ll love my place because of Private entrance, nice quiet country feel on the edge of town. You enjoy the screened in patio, your own bath and kitchen.. Stay in paradise on Hanson Lakes, just ten miles south of downtown Omaha. Perfect getaway from the city or magical place to stay while visiting our lovely city.
