This is the entire 2k s.f. lower level of my home with it’s own private entrance and relaxing hot tub. It feels like you’re in the mountains yet its only a 10 min drive from downtown. The 1 acre property is surrounded by pine trees and you can hear the creek running through the backyard. Enjoy sitting around the fire pit, playing ping pong or cozy up watching a movie. We also rent out a beautiful yurt on the back half of the property but there is ample space between the units
