We had a wonderful stay in Ladera Ranch! From the start, the place was easy to find and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. It looked just like the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Jason was a fantastic host. He communicated clearly and promptly from the moment we booked and remained available and helpful throughout our stay. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The accommodations were great and perfect for our family, and considering the location and the quality of the stay, it was an excellent value. Ladera Ranch is a beautiful SoCal community, and we’re so glad we chose to stay here. Thank you again, Jason, for being such a gracious and accommodating host!

Bed rooms are fantastic, great open living room / kitchen, and a lovely backyard and porch area. Absolutely loved how close we were to food, gyms, malls, banks, etc… just a short car ride away. Jorge’s instructions are clear and he is quick to respond to messages.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb! We came with a large group including an infant, and this home had everything we needed and more. The space is massive and beautifully laid out with two spacious living rooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax without ever feeling crowded. The pool was a huge hit, and we made great use of the BBQ and outdoor area. Inside, the game options were unbeatable with pool table, ping pong, arcade games, air hockey, you name it. Both kids and adults had an amazing time and were never bored for a second! The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep easy, and having a pack and play crib ready for our little one was such a thoughtful touch. It made traveling with an infant so much smoother. Samantha was an exceptional host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We’re already talking about coming back!

This will be our new "go to" place when we visit SJC. Great indoor and outdoor space. Very conveniently located. Inna is a fantastic host...super communicative, proactive, friendly, accommodating. We look forward to our next stay there.

Really loved our stay here! The house was clean and lived up to the description of the place. Neighborhood was very nice and loved the location because of all the nearby food, coffee and target store, and freeways were easy to access. I definitely enjoyed the place and would recommend it to friends and family. Christopher was a great host and was always good at answering any of our questions.

I highly recommend Steven’s place as we had an amazing stay. Everything was as described, very clean, the rooms are spacious and is equipped with everything we needed, the neighborhood was very quiet and conveniently located close to restaurants and some shopping centers. Steven was very welcoming and responsive. We would love to come back in the future!

Beautiful house, perfect location near stores. Hot tub was great and the pickleball court was perfect for my 3 year old

I really enjoyed my stay! We felt at home immediately upon arrival. Great location including a park nearby. Loanne has thought of all of the details to make it easy including fun snacks, a few drinks in the fridge and fun soaps/shampoos. The bed and furniture were all comfortable too. Great back yard, very zen! :) I hope to stay at this place or their other properties on my next visit.

Very clean, cute decor, comfortable and spacious (for our family of 5people), has a lot of ample amenities even for kids! Clubhouse, pool & jacuzzi access. Securities at the gate were friendly and the Neighbors mostly seem don't mind having Air BnB guests in a gated community. Walking to Waldorf hotel took about 10m, beach about 20m. But the restaurants and stores were in short driving distance. We really enjoyed this spot. Thank you!

Can’t say enough good things about Pete & Cathy’s place. This place is a total gem! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so enjoyable. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. The WiFi was really good too. I had a zoom meeting and didn’t have any issues. The location is wonderful. We enjoyed walking to the beach, local restaurants and coffee shops. The hosts went above and beyond—super responsive, warm, and genuinely committed to making our visit perfect. We had everything we needed including refreshments, soft linens, local recommendations —every detail was on point. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We felt completely at home and completely pampered at the same time. Our dog felt right at home too. We would definitely come back. Highly, highly recommended.

This place was exactly what I needed! It was peaceful, comfortable stay. Everything was just right for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended if you’re looking to unwind and recharge. Close to the beach and different shops too!

I have no hesitation giving this property a 5 star review. From the moment we booked, to checking out, our Host Tina was terrific. She made the entire process easy, and her communication before, during, and after our stay was top notch (we even got to meet her in person as we were leaving). As so many previous guests have already stated, the location is perfect. Great restaurants, shops, art galleries, a Ralph’s and Whole Foods market, and the beach, are all within easy walking distance. Although there is a car port you won’t need a vehicle because the best of Laguna Beach is literally a few minutes away. The ocean view is the cherry on top, of course, but the unit also comes with beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, plenty of bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The kitchen is more than adequate if you feel like cooking although you are literally surrounded by some of Laguna Beach‘s finest dining. Enjoyed my stay. Very clean and nice apartment. Close to lots of places to eat. Will def come back if I am in the area.

This place was a cozy home base for our family of 3 as we explored and painted the town. My husband was part of a week long plein air painting event. We really appreciated being able to walk downtown and to the beach and catching the free trolley when we were tired of walking and didn’t want to deal with parking. We felt very well taken care of with plentiful supplies and snacks!

Only recommendation Let people know cant get in till 4 exactly. Got there at 3.57. Combinations did not work until 4. Everything else great

The place is so peaceful and steps away from the beach. As other reviewers have mentioned, can hear the sound of the waves from the space. Sheryl is awesome and responsive. The apartment itself is so clean and well-equipped.

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful. We love staying here! We have never booked via Airb&b it was wonderful stay as always. This accommodation is fabulous the location is what makes this a real 💎 right across from San Clemente Pier and beach! Excellent indeed! It is easy to park and head to the beach!

I absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for what I needed and hopefully will be coming back often as my son was just transferred here. The beds (even the ottoman pullout) were comfortable. The shower was amazing. So much to do but mostly my son and DIL did enjoy the beach multiple times. Thank you so much for the stay and I hope to be back soon.

This place was awesome and made up feel right at home! It was such a cute space and the patio was perfect for coffee in the mornings. Rebecca was very communicative and super responsive to messages. Would highly recommend!
