What a beautiful, ideal and peaceful location for a spectacular ocean front getaway! Mar's location is one of (if not best) ocean side views we have been witnessed to. The balcony itself had 180+ degree unobstructed views. Access to his private beach was ideal. Other beaches with great beach clubs and restaurants were only minutes away by beach walks. Mar's helpful recommendations and easy going style, made us feel right at home. There couldn't be a better location and host in this area you could ask for... Definitely a jewel in our vacation beach memories to enjoy for times to come...

This is such a unique and lovely place. You are right on the ocean, rocks underneath that amplify the ocean sound all around you. When the ocean is wild you feel the intensity. And when it is calm you feel that peacefulness as well. Just a few steps from Isabel beach where you can swim and get some sun. Beds were so comfy, really cute place and the upstairs deck was a great place to meditate, watch for whales and look at the beauty of Yelapa from the ocean side. Chrissy is very sweet and kind and helped us find a porter to take our bags up and back to the pier. All in all we loved staying here and want to come back again. Casa Luna is a gem for sure.

My stay at Álvaro’s place was absolutely incredible. The property is private, secluded, and secure — perfect for a peaceful getaway. The views are truly stunning, overlooking both the ocean and the town below. It’s hard to put into words how breathtaking it is! Despite the serene location, access to town is easy and convenient. The home itself is well-equipped with amazing amenities that made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

great location, pet friendly; right on the beach. the access road is all dirt but shouldn't be a problem; overall really good place and super friendly

We loved it, the place is super nice and quiet, the apartment is very large and had everything you need, I loved that it had a parasol, chairs and a super useful cooler to be on the beach, the complex was beautiful, I would definitely come back

I absolutely loved this Air bnb! It was literally a dream! There was a minor hiccup with wrong instructions, I ended up being in the wrong unit but Micaela was very responsive and attentive so I really appreciated that. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and things to do within walking distance so I think it’s really worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

We wanted a quiet and relaxing vacation for our visit to Puerto Vallarta and this place was perfect. Ubers are inexpensive and it's easy to get to town. The restaurant next door was great for breakfast, lunch or a sunset dinner/evening. The restaurant staff was wonderful and we never had a disappointing dining experience. You can rent a chair & umbrella on their beach. The larger beach was a 5 min walk. Mane was very responsive when I contacted him. Sunsets and early morning moons were simply beautiful. The housekeeping service was wonderful! We plan to book again in the future.

Peter and Leo's place was perfect, the pictures don't do it justice. They have thought of everything you could possible need for your stay in their place. We would highly recommend it! the views from the balcony are stunning!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jose's home - it was so lovely to come to a quiet place and just enjoy the ocean, the nice cool pool, the sunsets and the very comfortable furnishings. There was a small hiccup with the power and water getting turned off for an extended period one of the days we were there, but that was caused by the city and affected many other hotels/homes/businesses/condos up and down the beach from us, not through any fault of Jose's. He was most gracious to give us a small refund for the inconvenience, though and was very responsive to all of my questions throughout our stay! We will definitely be back! Thanks, Jose!

The place was lovely, clean, with a beautiful view! The pool area was our favorite, we enjoyed it and spent a lot of time there! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Dennis’s place in Puerto Vallarta. The pools were exactly what we expected, and we were pleasantly surprised by the rooftop pool and its beautiful view. The AC worked perfectly and kept the space cool and comfortable the whole time. Communication with Dennis and Nuit was smooth, and the check-in process was quick and easy.

We really enjoyed our stay with a wonderful ocean view. It has an elevator to go down to the pool and beach. We loved the restaurant next door. We visited it several times and everything was delicious. We rented a car but we regretted it because there are taxis wherever you want. A great stay! 👍

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean with the most amazing ocean view, look no further. The condo has very aesthetically pleasing decor. Calming, light blues and white. The fragrance is exactly as you would find in a high end hotel, so if you are a person who likes wonderful fragrances like me, you will love her place. The pool. I cannot think of a more beautiful infinity that I have experienced. It runs the entire length of the rooftop, so if you love to swim, this pool is a dream. There is another pool just below the condo that you can see from the patio that overlooked the ocean. I had that pool all to myself. Dreamy. I have nothing but stellar things that won't fit in this review. The first opportunity I get, I am going back.!!!! Oh, extremely comfortable beds, had to get that in there. Private and quiet, which is very important to me. Do yourself a favor and book her place.

Mollys Villa in PV was absolutely stunning! The Villa itself was to die for gorgeous with its sexy Spanish style feel. The place was sparkling clean and we felt right at home. We spend most of our time out on the many balconies of the home by the pool. My only critique was that there were no lounge chairs to lay on by the pool, and the chairs that were out there are metal and not very comfortable, but we made do. The VEIWS and the surrounding foliage are spectacular! We could have stayed here for a month and were really sad to leave. Just like other reviews mention, the house is located on the main road and therefore the traffic is non stop and really loud, but that is to be expected with any house located on that road right by the beach. The views and house make up for it!! Molly was very responsive to all of my questions before and during the trip and gave recommendations for spas in the area including their phone numbers and directions. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!!

Puerto Vallarta is an amazing city and I cannot wait to go back. Girasol Sur has a great location on a beautiful Gamelas beach plus 24-7 security, its own large pool, restaurant with live music - what else could one want. Maria Elena’s place was a luxury condo on two levels, pristine, nice furniture, space to work, exactly as described. Maria Elena responded to each of my hundred questions 🙂 quickly and with great suggestions. Would recommend the place to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, yet close to town spot, and I am looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank you! Maja

The apartment is very comfortable, the view is incredible, the beach is beautiful, perfect for resting, 20 minutes from the Malecon, the people in the building are friendly and respectful, highly recommended. I will definitely be back.

First let me start by saying we have stayed in this condo building before so I knew I wanted to stay again. The one we booked before was takin so I found this one. Debra and Blanca were wonderful . Blanca had all of our food and drinks in the condo when we arrived. Quick check in and the vacation was ready to start. Book this place I promise you will not regret it. Beautiful condo with ocean front pools. Ty again Brenda for being so awesome at your job!!

My husband, 92 year old mom, two teenage boys and I had the most amazing time. Their jaws dropped when we entered the condo.. everything was beyond perfect. The views were breathtaking. The resort is so lovely. Restaurants were great. We loved the grounds, the gym and spa. We particularly loved the pool nearer the 4th tower which is closest to the room. The service was exceptional. Each worker went out of their way to help us with my mom. The kindness we were shown really made this trip incredibly memorable. Do not hesitate on renting this condo. Simply beautiful in every way.

Our stay at Agustin’s was spectacular. The home has everything you could need. The master bedroom was extremely comfortable and the overall layout was excellent. Punta Negra beach is amazing and the location is perfect. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a delightful stay at Logan's place over spring break. From the beginning of our communications, the team was friendly, responsive and very helpful. Everyone helped organizing our stay, transport and activities. We felt welcomed and comfortable throughout hour holiday. We thank you all for such a great time and your attention to every detail.

Casa 11Sea was simply spectacular. Breathtaking views, very well appointed, very clean and very comfortable. Alfredo, the concierge, was very friendly, very detailed, and very responsive. The next time we are in PV will be be staying at Casa 11Sea. Thanks again Karen!

David's condo was great! We absolutely loved all the art. Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, and wow the view! We kept the patio open all the time to listen to the waves. The bedroom AC is perfect for comfortable sleeping. I can't imagine a better location - walkable to so many restaurants and shops, and easy taxi or rideshare pickup for everywhere else you want to go. This was our first time to Puerto Vallarta - we booked two days of scuba diving, thinking it would be just ok, as we haven't heard it's a great place for diving. However, the diving far exceeded our expectations. If you're certified, go to Los Arcos and you'll be delighted with turtles, eels and too many octopus to count! Great fish life. Bring an umbrella if you come in the rainy season!

This is our second time visiting Los Chonchos. Casa Hueso is the newest palapa and is beautifully decorated and clean. Jennifer was great at communicating and helping us find a driver from the airport to the pier whom we could trust with our luggage when we ran into the grocery store in PVR. My kids, 6 and 10, loved the swings around the kitchen island and all the seashells we found. Out of 24 palapas, around 3 or 4 are occupied full time, and others are vacation homes, of which a few rent; so it is quite secluded, with often private beaches. It is a special place and a paradise.
