Beachfront vacation rentals in Mirties

This AIRBNB was the highlight of our trip - total magic. We enjoyed the peace and isolation - nestled at the northern tip of the island. The view is surreal! The host Thanasis is a kind soul and communication was effortless.

Our stay at Maria's place was great! Cozy apartment and cool with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony overlooking Telendos! In the center of the village next to all the restaurants and cafes and very close to the lovely beach! Maria is a wonderful and very friendly host,next to us in everything we needed with directness! Thank you so much Maria!

The apartment is located in the 2nd row, i.e. no unobstructed view of the sea or Kalymnos. But you didn't have to walk 50 meters, and you were on the promenade with its restaurants & boats. The tranquility and smallness of Telendos makes it so cozy and is very relaxing. You can also feel this with the locals. The beaches are not sandy and bathing shoes are absolutely necessary. The combination of Telendos and the possibility to visit Kalymnos by water taxi for €2.50, the ride takes 5 min., is an ideal combination. We highly recommend both. And Harris & Maria keep asking if everything is okay. Harris lives on Kalymnos and Maria next door. Thank you very much

A brilliant place to stay in Massouri. The view and balcony is perfect, you're right in the heart of everything with restaurants and the beach. The bathroom in particular feels luxurious, every room spacious and what you need. Foetini is a fabulous host.

Lovely place to stay. Beautiful view. We ended up booking 3 extra nights because we loved it there so much. Maria is probably the nicest person you’ll ever meet in the whole world! She even stopped by and gave us some gifts on our last evening. Her husband George was also very friendly. He picked us up from and dropped us off at the ferry, so getting to and from the house was very easy.

We had a great stay at Grand Grotto, had everything needed. Was clean, warm and lovely decorated.

Cheap and cheerful accomodation right in the middle of the main villages, exactly what we needed!

Vlasios' father met us at the ferry and led us in our rental car directly to the property. The house has an extraordinary location that is private and quiet due to an orchard between the house and the street. The house is a wonderful blend of a traditional, but updated Kalymnian house on the main level and large rooms on the upper level that have expansive views of the strait between Kalymnos and Telendos. There are nice restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. And it is an easy walk through Myrties and Masouri for more beaches, restaurants, groceries, coffee, and shopping. The water taxi to Telendos is just a short walk away and we enjoyed swimming and eating there a couple times. Taxis are easily accessible at the Myrties taxi station when needed. We had a great time at Vlasios' house.

It was great to stay at Mr. Murat's house with my Labrador son, we had a comfortable and peaceful experience as if we were in our own home. Mr. Murat and his assistant Mr. Oğuz took care of us throughout the stay, I would like to thank them separately. The apartment had everything I needed, it was a new, stylish and clean house. The view was magnificent, the location was central.The beach has fine sand and a clean sea with a blue flag. When you walk two steps down from the apartment, you can access the beach, and if you don't want to walk, the Buggy service is available anywhere at any time. You can also use all the facilities of the hotel next door. The hotel does not accept pets, but the Residence section is quite pet-friendly, there is a rule to walk them on a leash within the site. It is also very well thought out that there is a special area reserved for children with feet at the very end of the beach. I plan to repeat it as soon as possible. The only downside was the loud show programs of the hotel next door every evening, we had to take your drink and accompany you from the balcony :))

My husband and I booked Anna’s Katina on Leros for a four day trip with two of our friends who were visiting from California. Unfortunate my husband was sick with bronchitis, so our friends went without us. Here is their review: “Daniel's place is amazing. He was a great host. He met us down the road and we followed him to the house. The decor is delightful and the outdoor areas were great for reading and just enjoying the view. Don't be put off by the small number of reviews. You cannot go wrong with Anna's Katikia. Leros is a nice, laid back island and Daniel will take great care of you! With the information that Mari sent us in advance, we found the place very well. The villa is in a quiet street and we have always found a parking space right in front. The area is very quiet and pleasant. Smaller shops and the beach can be reached on foot via stairs. We especially loved the view of Kos and the pool. Also the Local Beach is very nice. The city center of Turgutreis is a few minutes by car. There are larger grocery stores and plenty of choice at restaurants. The view of the islands there is one of the most beautiful in the Aegais. She communication with Mari was great, always fast, helpful and super nice. We thoroughly appreciated the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Köksal’s villa! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Whatever we needed, he was quick to respond and assist, which made us feel truly welcomed. The villa itself was spotless—so clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We especially loved the pool and the beautiful outdoor area. The neighborhood was peaceful and just a short 5-minute walk to shops and other local spots. As foreigners visiting Bodrum, we really appreciated Köksal’s local recommendations—they helped us discover great places and enjoy our time to the fullest. This was truly a great experience, and we’re so glad we chose to stay here!

Mr. Ercan was extremely interested, he did everything he could, we thank him very much. The location of the house is very good, we knew the distance to the center, so there was no problem. Even if you don't have a car, there is a minibus in front of the house, and the market, bakery, sea, etc. are within walking distance. We were very pleased.

The location was very good, there was sufficient supplies for 4 people in the house.

Fantastic villa for 7 friends in a beautiful location. We loved it, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants as well as the harbour where we took a boat trip. The owner was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation at Selcuk in Bodrum was simply great! Everything was super clean, high-quality furnishings and exactly as shown in the pictures. The outdoor area with a pool and hot tub was a highlight – perfect for relaxing. The location is quiet, but you can still be in the city center in just 5 minutes. Selcuk was a great host – friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. Clear recommendation, I'd love to come back!

Niki is a very nice host, who was easy to communicate with, and very flexible. I arrived late at night, but Niki met me in person at the apartment and showed me around. The apartment was nice, just like the pictures, and tidy and clean. Great location, in a great but quiet area. I'd love to come back!

The location of the apartment is great. We were able to enjoy the sunset every night. The equipment of the kitchen is rather a bit sparing, but you can find your way around.

Ioannis' place is situated right on the beach, we were in the downstairs apartment, fantastic outside space and the inside doesn't disappoint either, lovely airy space, great lounge, dining and kitchen space with two good bedrooms and a bathroom Great communication from Ioannis, we met his parents who showed us the property, explained everything about the place and made themselves available for any issues We really appreciated the welcome gifts and thoughtful touches Could not more highly recommend Ioannis' place and Emporios in general - it's just magical!

Stunning location right on the beach. Fall to sleep to the sound of the waves then wake up and swim. Lovely house with everything you need. Stefano was great, easy to communicate with and very helpful. We'd love to return!

Natasa has a little piece of paradise! There’s nothing more you could ever want. She, and her parents, have been welcoming and kind and the apartment is made and kept with such care that you wouldn’t want to leave. Thank you and hope to be back soon!

Thermis was such a beautiful host!! Very caring and flexible, I had hurt myself the first morning I landed and had to go to the hospital and she was super concerned for me which was really sweet. Because I had hurt myself and due to the lack of sleep from travelling, we had managed to lock ourselves out straight away... we decided to go for breakfast and upon return we called her to ask if she had a spare key and she came back from her day as soon as she could to let us back in :) HER PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL, tbh I think its better than the pictures. I didn't want to leave, I could have lived there!! Very peaceful, and a lot less touristy. Amazing sunsets every night, 5 steps from the beach, amazing seafood restaurant on the very other side of the beach and only a 35 min walk to Mirties Beach - somewhere with a little more bars on the beach and sun loungers etc. It was hard to get out of the bed every morning due to the views from inside, very cosy <3

We had such a lovely stay at Nikoleta’s place she was so helpful and kind. She ordered us taxis from the port and around the island, which was so convenient. She also left us food in the fridge which was so handy when we came back late at night. The place is amazing and truly relaxing, there’s two small beaches nearby that have no one on them. But we loved the slightly further away ones that you can walk or get a taxi to. A lovely places to stay and a lovely island, would recommend!

We had a wonderful time as a family! The house is located in one of the most beautiful bays of Kalymnos, right by the sea, and just a short walk from 4-5 charming and delicious local tavernas. You can step directly from the lovely garden onto the sandy beach – a rare luxury. The garden has been thoughtfully arranged, with comfortable sun loungers, cozy seating areas, and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing or dining outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The host gave us a warm and thoughtful welcome – we arrived to find fresh fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. Communication throughout was fast, smooth, and pleasant. It was a truly memorable holiday. Thank you for everything – we would love to come back!
