We had the most wonderful stay here! The house was beautiful, clean and absolutely perfect! The pool was amazing! We absolutely LOVED our stay and wanted to stay an extra day! Joeldys was the best host..so responsive and absolutely amazing! Highly recommend staying here and we will be back! Thank you so much!

This home is very peaceful and quiet. The bike rides in the morning felt safe and i was able to bike to local stores and restaurants. There are loose stones around the pool so be careful with kids and elderly. We seen gators in the canal while sitting out back which was extremely exciting but also wouldn’t recommend sitting near the canal or grilling out without being aware of your surroundings. The home is stunning and within driving distance to local beaches. A perfect vacation for my daughter’s birthday. She didn’t want to leave the “pretty house”. Thank you for having us.

Great place, nice area, and friendly hosts

We came to Cape Coral to fish with family in the area. This place had everything we needed to be comfortable and have the best time. The canal did not disappoint, we were able to catch jacks, snappers, and lots of cat fish. Gary responded immediately when we had a question and we would definitely stay here again!

Andy's place was perfection for our girls weekend! We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Pool was amazing and the private beach an incredible added bonus. Bedrooms were perfect and very comfortable. Wifi worked great and appreciated the Netflix! Everything was perfect and Andy was awesome. Very kind and responsive throughout our stay. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you, Andy!

Great stay! The house was very comfortable and livable and the outdoor space especially was large enough that our family could hang out altogether and not feel crowded. And really appreciated Brianna‘s communication! Always helpful and responded quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at Jody’s place for a very special weekend—my wedding! The home was beautiful, cozy, and perfect for my family. Jody was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. The location was also ideal—close to convenient stores, Mercato, and other great spots. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

This Airbnb is an absolute perfection of a spot - super comfortable beds, wonderful pillows, very clean and very beautiful decor - everything you need from good knives to a great outdoor area and super close to Bonita downtown coffee Company so very walkable and safe. Amazing host with a great attitude and a flair for creativity and fun. Huge fan of this Airbnb! We will be staying here again!! Thank you for a 10/10 stay!!!

Everything was great, the only thing I would recommend to Milly is more bathroom washcloths for guest that are going to be at the house more than a couple of days. If I had ask I'm sure she would have brought more by but, I didn't want to be bothersome to her. GREAT HOST!

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

I was very surprised with how beautiful the house and property were. The host was very quick to respond when we arrived at the house and had a few questions. She answered immediately and we were good to go from there on out. The home was loved by my whole family and we all agreed when we come back to the area we will hopefully be able to stay at this home again.

Perfect location for anyone staying in the fort myers/san carlos area. Very close to the airport and Hertz arena. The house was clean and private with a fenced in yard for the dogs to run around. Nick was an awesome host i would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was just as described. It was a nice peaceful stay and we were so grateful to be able to have our dog with us. The space was nicely decorated and quite clean. Rosalie went the extra mile to help us feel welcome and comfortable. The property is accessible by a dirt road that can be a bit rutted but we made it in our car without issue. Food and grocery delivery found us without too much trouble as well. The kitchen amenities were excellent. A cozy little home away from home!

Our host, Vanessa, immediately responded to any of our inquiries promptly and efficiently! The house was immaculately clean, the beds were very comfortable with soft and pretty linens and the Wi-Fi was great. We enjoyed using the available, beach items: beach, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler with ice packs. The home was located in a very pretty neighborhood where one could take long walks in a gated community. Vanessa was very kind and made the experience from beginning to end very smooth and easy!

We were very happy with Rachael’s Airbnb. She was able to accommodate our check-in time slightly earlier than planned. The Airbnb was very clean and looks exactly like the photos. We loved the mattresses and had a great sleep. I would highly recommend booking here.

Brian’s place was just what we needed, stayed for a week and felt like a great loft to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Our stay here was perfection! From the immaculate home & beautiful furnishings, it had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless & it was evident the owners didn’t spare a dime with the decor. Amy was quick to respond any time we reached out. It was so peaceful & just what we were looking forward to. Gorgeous home!! Everything was just perfect !

Everything was great!! This was a last minute stay due to a terrible airb&b experience we had our first night and we needed a place fast, hosts were amazing and answered all the questions I had. The pool area was amazing and we all felt very relaxed. The house was stocked with so many amenities. We really enjoyed having the comfortable couches in the living room as an added bonus. This place was very close to Fort Myers Beach, the airport and many other stores and restaurants you’d want to go to. Definitely will be back! You will it be disappointed with your stay here!
