Villa vacation rentals in Mirca

We had a fantastic stay at Villa! The view is absolutely breathtaking — easily the best part of the villa and something you'll never get tired of. The driveway is very steep, which can be a bit intimidating at first, but once you've done it once, it's totally manageable. The villa itself is clean, comfortable, and truly lives up to its name — peaceful and private. The host is incredibly sweet and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway with unforgettable scenery!

Wij hebben een super week gehad in het heerlijke huis in Klis. De hosts waren supervriendelijk en gastvrij. Dit huis is echt een aarader met de heerlijke tuin rondom en het mooie uitzicht op Split. Alle comfort in het huis. En het warme welkom is iets dat wij niet snel zullen vergeten. Net als de verrassing op een ochtend: er stond een heerlijk taartje op ons te wachten op de terras tafel! Echt alles was in een woord FANTASTISCH! Dank nogmaals aan de hosts en wij komen zeker terug!

Lovely, peaceful villa tucked away on a quiet street in the village of Sutivan. The villa was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. Plenty of space for the two of us but the living area might feel cramped if the full capacity of the house was used. The outside area and pool were both very nice, the roof terrace especially was really great. Unfortunately we were plagued by mosquitoes and other insects while we were there (it might just be the time of year or something) and there are no screens so the house constantly had mosquitoes inside. Even though the pool was skimmed every morning by the host, there were tons of insects floating within just a few minutes of cleaning! As others have mentioned it was a steep climb from the harbour to the villa (and rough/uneven underfoot) but it’s very short (only 3-4 mins walk) so it’s fine unless you have serious mobility issues. Lots of nice restaurants around! Despite the insects we would happily visit again or recommend to others!

Moderne Villa mit einem schönen Pool und Aussenbereich. Wir haben eine Woche in dieser schönen Villa verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet und war makellos sauber. Tanja ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin und war jeder Zeit erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We had a wonderful week at the house in Mirca. Very short walk to a nice, small beach. Minutes by car from lots of amenities (we preferred the Konzum market of the three there in Supetar). Boris came daily to clean the pool and reset the grill as needed. He even hooked us up with some farm fresh eggs from his chickens that live behind the house. We had family staying in Sutivan and they were able to come by a few times to enjoy the beach and pool. Really appreciated the items that were stocked in the fridge on our arrival. This home has everything you need for a great vacation. Thanks for sharing your home! Did I mention the pool? It’s perfect.

Wir (dreiköpfige Familie) haben eine unglaublich schöne Woche in der Unterkunft von Tomas verbracht. Die Gegend ist perfekt für Ruhe suchende. Es sah alles 1:1 aus wie auf den Bildern. Tomas und seine Frau waren tolle Gastgeber. Sie waren schnell erreichbar und haben einem zu jederzeit ein entspanntes Gefühl vermittelt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Wohnung, sehr zu empfehlen. Es sind zwei getrennte Wohnungen mit mehrern Balkonen/Terrassen. Das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage und man ist gleichzeitig sehr schnell zu Fuss im Zentrum von Sutivan. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigt haben. Der Pool ist super! Wir haben uns durchweg sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Toni war immer schnell, unkompliziert und sehr nett. Auch Sutivan hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles in allem wirklich sehr empfehlenwert.

Five stars from the moment I reached out to the host. I booked this villa for my friends hen do and Zvonimir was super helpful right from the start, he booked our airport transfers, and organised food as we landed late, helped with trips etc. We wanted a third bed in one room so he got us an extra bed, nothing was a problem. So responsive which is great. The villa itself is stunning. It is exactly, and I mean exactly like the photos. It was perfect and I’d go back in a heartbeat. It was private with lovely sea views. So so happy I found this gem. And a very reasonable price for what you get, it was amazing. Thank you so much for our lovely stay!

Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Mitten in der Stadt und doch ruhig. Man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Niemand kann auf das Grundstück sehen. Der Pool ist herrlich! Die oberen Schlafzimmer sind wunderschön und gross. Nur ein Schlafzimmer hat ein en-suit Badezimmer. Check-in und -out war sehr einfach. Die Küche ist etwas düster und ich möchte nicht täglich da kochen. Aber mit den vielen Restaurants nicht nötig. Alle Fenster haben Mückengitter, was toll ist! Das Schlafzimmer im Keller ist sehr düster und wir haben es daher nicht genutzt. Einige Sachen müssten repariert werden, Deckenleuchten gehen nicht, WC-Spülung defekt. Was wichtig ist zu wissen, es hat viele Stufen zum Haus, wo das Gepäck hochgetragen werden muss. Das Haus ist eine klare Empfehlung und wir würden es wieder buchen!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt in der Villa. Man muss sich bewusst sein das fussläufig nichts zu erreichen ist. Dank Uber und lieferservice hat aber alles bestens geklappt. Die Villa, der Garten, Pool sind in einem top Zustand. Wir durften uns sogar an dem kleinen Gemüsegarten direkt am Haus bedienen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

Fantastisch huis voor gezin met 3 oudere pubers. Veel verschillende ruimtes en compleet geoutilleerde buitenkeuken met bbq grill. Lekkernijen bij aankomst. Basics zoals genoeg wc papier, kooltjes etc aanwezig. Housekeeper Bruna was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zo hielp zij ons binnen no time aan een huur auto. Die heb je wel echt nodig. Klein supermarktje en café voor koffie op 150 meter loopafstand, voor de rest moet je alles met een auto doen. Centraal gelegen, meesten dorpen zijn op 15-30 minuten rijden. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad!

We had a long stay at Marin’s lovely villa. The sunset views down the mountain over the sea are breathtaking, as are the mountain views around. There are lovely scenic walks in the area. Marin was extremely helpful and responsive, attending to any issues we had quickly and effectively, even switching internet provider after we had some connectivity issues. He also agreed to keep the pool full and heated beyond the summer season so we could enjoy it - weather was great well into November. The kitchen is a wonderful social area, fully stocked. Combined with the huge living area, pool and games room, the villa is the perfect place for entertaining. Use of the olive field in front and private play area also makes it ideal for families. There is also a larger public playground a few minutes walk. We made full use of the barbecue and our guests were delighted with the delicious peka Marin’s father cooked for us. Definitely recommend villa Morena!

Mario’s villa was the perfect escape for my group of friends. The home is tucked away on a very private street close to the main attractions on the island. Everything we needed was provided by Mario such as towels, soap, as well as plates, glassware, etc. for a meal at home. I highly suggest you book the private chef that Mario recommends - it wound up being one of the best meals of our trip, if not ever. The pool and backyard was perfect for lounging in the sun. I could not be more satisfied with our stay, it was truly an amazing experience that will not be forgotten. If you don’t rent a car, I would suggest bringing comfortable shoes as you need to walk up and down hill to get to and from town.

Beautiful villa in an idyllic location. Peaceful and private, perfect for a relaxing stay. Had everything you needed and spotlessly clean, with lots of thoughtful touches. Would love to stay again!

Also normalerweise mache ich nie eine Bewertung, aber nachdem ich in dieser Villa war und die Inhaber es verdient haben, wollte ich ein zwei Worte schreiben. Erst mal möchte ich David vielmals danken, dass es so spontan geklappt hat. Wir waren insgesamt vier Nächte in der Unterkunft und es war wirklich der Hammer. Es wurden an alles gedacht und vorbereitet. Jedes Mal, wenn wir einen Wunsch hatten, wurde es sofort erfüllt. Die Gegend ist wunderbar es sind sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe also war es im Ganzen ein unvergessliches Erlebnis für uns. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall jedem diese Villa. Noch mal. Vielen Dank für alles David, Tomislav und Kate :-) Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :-))

A beautiful setting with spectacular sea views across to Split and the mountains on the mainland. Sunsets are fabulous and can be enjoyed from the many wonderful outdoor seating areas…the swing bed is lovely! The settees, sun beds and pool are all comfortable and 5 star. The outdoor kitchen is great with plenty of wood for the BBQ. Inside boasts all the amenities you need. Lea, the host, has clearly put much thought into ensuring her guests have everything they need. Lots of towels, toilet paper, cooking utensils, good quality toiletries and linens…..even nail polish remover. Lea makes it clear that if you need more you just have to ask. The whole property is super clean. Lea really is a ‘super host’ -attentive, considerate, knowledgeable, flexible, generous and interested in ensuring you have the perfect stay…..but not at all intrusive….quite a skill as a host! We stayed for two weeks and could have happily stayed longer! I can highly recommend and hope one day to return. 😘

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. Me and my friends were shocked about how beautiful this place was. A very cosy place, with much to do. To top it off, the view was beautiful.

Lovely villa in beautiful surroundings with olive trees and the sea. Fantastic pool and the view is absolutely amazing both for mornings on the terrace and evenings to watch the stunning sunsets. You have absolutely privacy at the villa. The road to the villa is gravel so a car is definitely needed. There is approximately 2,5 km from main road to the villa at a gravel winding road. There is only air condition in the livingroom.

Lovre's house is incredible. I highly recommend staying there. It is a very easy walk to Milna Harbour, shops and restaurants. The house is spotlessly clean, welcoming and is extremely easy to stay in. It was the perfect place to stay for our week in Milna, the pool and terrace were beautiful. Lovre was a great host, he was very responsive and very welcoming. We will be back.

Beautiful peaceful location surrounded by Olive trees with stunning views. The house was very well appointed with good quality facilities. The pool area was a great space to relax. We stayed there with our teenage daughter and it was a prefect holiday. The host is excellent at all communications, really friendly and helpful. We didn't mind walking to and from the town of Sutivan but it is a steep hill especially when it's hot. The sea front is absolutely gorgeous in the evenings when the sun sets, good quality bars, restaurants and cafes for a prefect evening. Highly recommend!!!!
